Support Child Rape - Release Roman Polanski

I want to ask a question to a few famous and influential people. To: Whoopi Goldberg, Harvey Weinstein, Adrien Brody, Martin Scorsese, and Woody Allen along with over one hundred supporters that have called for the release of Roman Polanski, child rapist.
If someone had drugged, raped, and sodomized your 13 year old daughter, how much time in prison do you think they should serve? Is 42 days really enough?
Polanski is still living in luxury even though under house arrest in Switzerland. He’s lived the last 30+ years of his life in luxury and leisure. His friends are saying he has served his time and the case should be dropped. Roman Polanksi has not paid for his crimes. Polanski fled the country in 1978 only after learning during a discussion with the district attorney outside a Los Angeles courtroom that the judge in his case was preparing to sentence him to a long prison term.
He has admitted he had sex with 13-year-old Samantha Geimer after plying her with champagne and Quaaludes at the home of actor Jack Nicholson. He was 40 years old.
Well, gee! If he didn't want to chance getting a prison sentence he shouldn't have stuck his prick in a 13 year old girl. Sure fire way to get in trouble with the law.He is rich and famous and he can more than likely get away with child rape but what concerns me is all the people that have come to his aid. I think we should hold them accountable for the supporting the rape of children.
I guess Whoopi just didn't get into the role she played in The Color Purple , where a 14 year old girl was raped.

It's truly disgusting and proof that the 'justice' system is highly flawed.

He deserves a really long prison term for his crime. It seems that the way to commit the perfect crime is to be a celebrity====Clinton, Gore, OJ, Polanski, Jane Fonda, Woody Allen---and a host of others, even Sean Young. All you need is money and fame and you can do whatever you please. Oh, and I forgot Ted Kennedy. Our justice system is a joke.

To say he has "served his time" is ludicrous. He has served a pretty nice life. If he is to serve for example, everyone should rape a little girl or two. It makes you rich and famous.
Poor guy now has to stay in his chalet and lounge around while waiting to see if he can work a deal.

The little girl is now grown up, in her 40's I believe, and wants nothing to do with the trial, or Mr. Polanski. She says that she's moved on, and wishes they would drop the case. I don't think that's going to happen though. Not only because of the original crime, which he compounded by fleeing lawful prosecution for 30+ years.

He has already been found guilty. It is not like she has to testify or anything. He just took off before he could be sent to prison. It is not like he has to go to trial. He is a escaped convict.

Lois, of course, you're right. I don't know where my head was at before.
All objections are withdrawn. Termination with extreme prejudice is recommended, and may God have mercy on his soul!
