settings of my GT s3850 for mini opera

hi guys .. pls help me how can i set the settings of my samsung GT s3850 for opera min.. i download already the opera mini on my phone.. but every time i open it.. it says ... unable to connect to the enternet.. set first the settings,, pls guys help me so that i can use the opera mini on my phone.. thanks.. her my number in case 09239648875.. im a sun users thanks alot..
