Coming into this series, I was pretty excited. I've been waiting for this Ultron story for years. The first issues were a bit promising. The middle, a bit too long and pointless. And after reading the end, I'd say that I'm FRUSTRATED. This series has been a waste of money, and the e ...

All this talk of the Superman movie ruining the character makes me ruminate again on the time that really happened to a valuable character, one that should be regarded as an American Treasure. I just laugh at people that get mad about any movie adaptation of anything, because none ever got it as ...

I live in Oregon, and I think the color for my state should actually be like a dark purple or something. In the house prior to this one, we were paying $2200/mo. - absolutely ridiculous. For that price, you'd think it was some sort of palace or some shizz. Nope. Just a standard house. Then we moved to an apartment. The rent there was right around $1000/mo. - for a freakin' apartment?!?! Again - not a palace by any means.
Our current rent is $1200/mo. for a three bedroom house. Around here, that's a STEAL. Such a steal that we thought the place must be haunted or something.

Both of my brothers live in the dark blue zone (California and Hawaii) in houses they bought quite a while back.

Karen, I think that's an excellent idea! Someone just needs to come up with the land we can build on and then we can build stuff to provide us with our own energy and have a little farm producing our own food and so on. I'm in!H82typ # Wednesday, March 21, 2012 7:54:04 PM
Peter, it's bad on both coasts, the closer you get to the water, the more the land costs, then theres property taxes, home insurance, flood insurance, etc. If you bought a house a in the 80's pretty much anywhere, you'll make money on it - if you can find a buyer for it. Not true if you bought a house 10-12 years ago.
Commune style living... Ineresting idea.

I'll never make that kind of money again.
