EUGENICS: California 1930-40 'We must sterilize 20,000 to stop 'feeble-minded' from reproducing offspring' and Hitler followed their lead

, , ,

Eugenics - "Eugenics is the self direction of human evolution" Basically it is stopping people who were 'claimed' to be 'feeble minded' having them be forced to undergo sterilization, so that the Master Race could be maintained. It was not only California, (27 states) but it has just been revealed that California will not compensate the victims of this most terrible tragedy, in the states history.                                                                        California and North Carolina were not the only states that initiated this forced procedure, and it has just come to light in the last few years. In North Carolina it was in practise from 1929 right up to 1974, and over 7,000 were forced to do this in North Carolina. It appears in California, the current government is not commenting on this practise, and it appears they are hoping this travesty will be done with, when the remaining victims die off, without any family members to assist them, because the sate, made it that way. Back in 2003, former Governor Gray Davis of California (37th) made this statement to victims of Eugenics, basically saying, sorry for doing this and it will never happen again. Since the revelation of this practise, the California Government have been avoiding any comment on Eugenics, and everyone is just hoping the victims die and the problem will go away. That is not an option, and these victims must be compensated for the states actions. Governor Beverly Perdue established the five-member 'Governor’s Task Force to Determine the Method of Compensation for Victims of North Carolina’s Eugenics Board' on March 8, 2011 with Executive Order No. 83. North Carolina's Governor actually came forward and acknowledged the wrongdoing to victims in the early 1900's and have since offered reparations to the still remaining people of both sexes who had applied. Each one received a settlement of $50,000 from the State of North Carolina.

It even went as far as the Nazi's, asked California about their program and requested this book, by Edwin Black (right) and literature so Hitler could do the same thing in his regime. The state agreed, and sent the information to Hitler so he could start a program of his own. The procedure was initiated by 27 states in the USA in 1907, and has since been repealed. But the fact it was even considered at anytime is nauseating.

Here is an excerpt from Edwein Blacks book. Mr. Black is the author of IBM and the Holocaust and the just released War Against the Weak: Eugenics and America's Campaign to Create a Master Race, from which the following article is drawn. Hitler and his henchmen victimized an entire continent and exterminated millions in his quest for a co-called "Master Race." But the concept of a white, blond-haired, blue-eyed master Nordic race didn't originate with Hitler. The idea was created in the United States, and cultivated in California, decades before Hitler came to power. California eugenicists played an important, although little known, role in the American eugenics movement's campaign for ethnic cleansing. Eugenics was the racist pseudoscience determined to wipe away all human beings deemed "unfit," preserving only those who conformed to a Nordic stereotype. Elements of the philosophy were enshrined as national policy by forced sterilization and segregation laws, as well as marriage restrictions, enacted in twenty-seven states. In 1909, California became the third state to adopt such laws. Ultimately, eugenics practitioners coercively sterilized some 60,000 Americans, barred the marriage of thousands, forcibly segregated thousands in "colonies," and persecuted untold numbers in ways we are just learning. Before World War II, nearly half of coercive sterilizations were done in California, and even after the war, the state accounted for a third of all such surgeries.

Double your order, It's 'FREE' - All you pay is 'EXTRA shipping and handling,' which turns out more than the one product

, , ,

Anytown, Anywhere - We have all seen the ads on TV that say "As seen on TV" and now the newest twist is, they force you to buy two products, even if you only want one. How is that, and why are they forcing us to buy more than one, I thought the second product is "FREE"?

Maybe it's only me, but it seems like a huge ripoff, since the second product is 'FREE' you are required to pay EXTRA shipping and handling. The EXTRA S&H works out to almost three times the cost of one product. I hope stores don't start this idea, can you imagine, sorry you can't buy one bottle of milk or one loaf of bread, you must buy five. How are they getting away with this scam?

I've called the TV sales numbers, and it's hard to get a final total cost. They say "it's plus S&H and taxes," and I ask several times, "What's the total cost?" and we keep going in circles. They don't want you to know, they want you to know, it's only $9.95, but when you get the charges on your credit card after delivery, it works out to almost $40.

And most people are so embarrassed, they just eat it, and don't complain, or ask for a refund because the refunds are usually allowed, but that's minus the S&H so it's more expensive to send it back, than what you originally paid in the beginning.

Sure, it's fair for people to make money on their products, but to deceive and ripoff people, that is not fair. But what are governments doing about these new twists to TV deals? It appears nothing, since I see them more and more everyday. I've called a few times, and you can't even buy just one item, you are required to receive your FREE product but must pay the additional shipping and handling charges.
Are you buying these TV products, and do you feel ripped off? Maybe we all better ask, ”What’s the final charges?” If you agree and LIKE this story, please click the LIKE button below, and tell everyone you know. If we stop buying in this way, maybe they will change it back??

How do I increase TEXT size when I'm surfing the internets? I can never read anything. HERE's HOW.

, , ,

It took me years to find out this little secret and for a page that doesn't have a "Increase text size button" how do I change it so I can read it?
Well here's the answer, and I shall make it larger/LARGER so you can READ it.

It's really very simple, just hold down the control key and move the scroll button (on your mouse) up/down and the page will increase/decrease in size.

Why did it take so long for me to find out this simple solution?
I'm not sure why, but it has seemed to be a guarded secret. Well now everyone knows, give it a try. I'm really such a nice guy and check back I will have many more secrets that everyone wants to know.

But then again it might just be me, maybe everyone already knows, and I'm just a dork for NOT knowing.

What about laptops, there's no mouse.

Well yes, I finally figured it out myself, because there is an up/down touch bar next to the main touch pad. You just hold down the control key and move your finger up/down on the bar, usually to the right of the main touch pad.

Absolutely amazing video of Indigenous Tribe untouched by "Modern Cililization" you don't wanna miss this.

, , ,

Absolutely amazing video of Indigenous people in Northern Brazil where I'm sure they are not worried about what cell phone plan to get, with the most apps. In a special series by Jose Carlos Morales (pictured below), of Brazil's Indian Affairs department he travels through the rainforest looking for Indigenous People to prove to the government that they "DO" exist.

This is about an Indigenous Tribe in the forests of Brazil near the Puru border and the Government has said that the people do not exist because illegal loggers are trying to move in and push out anyone on the land.

It will be part of a new series by BBC and Survival International called Human Planet and not sure when or where it will be shown but it will be one I don't want to miss. The full 2-3 minute clip can be seen HERE.

VERY IMPORTANT - Don't let this happen in your area, dig out snow covered fire hydrants for YOUR protection.

, , ,

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT - Everywhere
Check around your neighborhood since we have had so much snow in the northeast to see if any of your local fire hydrants have been buried under the snow piles.
Make it your project to dig them out, just in case there is a fire in your area. We don't need anyone to die because firefighters are delayed in putting out a fire because they have to dig, to find a hydrant.

We had our first major snowfall this week and the city did a great job.

, , ,

TORONTO - City of Toronto workers were well at work overnight and early this morning as Joseph Godin started at 6am and will be plowing side streets all day long. We caught him on smaller streets in Cabbagetown plowing dead end streets and laneways. "we've been going non-stop since early in the morning and our boss wants this cleaned up and we only have five small trucks for the whole east end" said Godin.
They were doing an excellent job on the smaller streets, and no end in sight according to Godin. It's the first major snowfall of the year but not as bad as New York City during Christmas.
Maybe they could take some lessons from our city employee Joseph Godin, great job.

After a whole night of continuous snow, it seems the side streets and laneways were all clear by noon hour and an example to New York City. We didn't get two feet in two hours but the process seems much more efficient in Toronto. Although we have no dispute with the sanitation union.

Toronto Police officer Babak Andalib-Goortani, 30, charged in G20 alleged assault on Adam Nobody.

, , ,

UPDATE - February 3/2011
Constable Babak Andalib-Goortani has been charged a second time for an alleged assault on a citizen from the G20 summit in June 2010. The full story can be read HERE in the Globe and Mail. This is the account of blogger Wyndham Bettencourt-McCarthy for Torontoist when she filed here complaint with the authorities, at the time she did not know who the officer was that injured her.

UPDATE - January 29/2011 - Joe Thomson, 34, one of the first charged in the G20 was released yesterday again on bail with very strict conditions. As reported in the Toronto Star it wasn't his first time in jail and he has been no angel but his treatment at Torontonomo Bay, Detention Centre was very unpleasant after he was allegedly assaulted by police. He has been in and out of jail since June 2010 for breaching his unreasonable bail conditions since he was told and agreed to not attend any protests/marches while on bail which he agrees he breached. He is to attend court on the charges in August 2011.

UPDATE - January 24/2011Andalib-Goortrani was in court today but it was just put over to another date. Question - Why has his police booking picture not been released to the media, as we see everyday when anyone else is arrested on the front page of our daily newspapers.

He along with other officers are alleged to have beaten Mr. Nobody for no apparent reason and alleged that he had a weapon and was later denounced by Police Chief Bill Blair.

In a recently released statement from the SIU they said, "There are reasonable grounds to believe that an officer committed a criminal offense in connection with the arrest of Adam Nobody on June 26th," said SIU director Ian Scott. Chief Blair had also claimed when the video was released that his "forensic people had checked it and found it to be doctored, and was significantly tampered with and fabricated." which he later retracted and gave a full apology to Mr. Nobody.

Mr Nobody alleges the officers attacked and beat him and broke his nose and cheekbone and then plain clothes officers took him behind a police van outside the scope of public cameras and beat him again, but no accounts of this beating have been confirmed.

Officer Andalib-Goortani was also not wearing his nametag during the alleged assault nor was he wearing it when a Global TV crew from Toronto approached him during the events near the 15 foot security fence downtown. Global-Toronto has a video of an interview he had with the reporter and cameraman with gas masks and was told "they are not allowed" and yet the police had them hanging from the sides of their uniforms. The reporters only had them because their employers provided them and they were confiscating masks from protesters and media.
[/img]It's not clear why the police were allowed to have them and not citizens. It was not the protesters who were setting off tear gas, it was clearly the police who shot tear gas near the temporary Detention Centre, dubbed "Torontonomo Bay" by the protesters where over 1000 people were held and then released without charges. Less than 100 people are still facing any charges.
[/img]

The investigation by the SIU was considered over, a few weeks ago but was reopened once the video surfaced and now they say the same thing, in regard to whether the Adam Nobody case is closed. SIU spokesman Frank Phillips said,

"at this point, yes. But this time is the same as the last time. If we get new material evidence then the investigation could be reopened."

It appears that this whole G20 investigation is far from over and it is unknown whether Andalib-Goortani will turn states evidence and identify the other officers responsible for this terrible act. He will attend court on the charges on Jan 24/2011 at College Park courts in Toronto.

@dandmb50 - Isn't it strange that the TPS has several officers asking for input from the public to send in photos and videos of any alleged assaults from the protesters, and yet when they have been looking through these videos and pictures the police never identified the police assaulting the citizens?

Well in fairness, another citizen group did the same thing and their purpose was to identify police officers they felt were abusing the public. They have pictures on their website of officers, like the "crazy lady" who has yet to be identified, and you can still go there and help find these bad cops who overstepped their authority.

It can be found HERE it's called G20 Justice ... http://g20justice.com
[/img]G20 Justice is looking for identification of this officer, called "CRAZY lady cop."

It's the G20 "most wanted cop list of those assaulting the citizens, why did the police not identify their own?

Over 300 banks are to open to customers on Sundays across Canada - TD Canada Trust announced.

UPDATE - February 8/2011 - TD Bank has finally announced the branches that will open this Sunday, in their new plan to open 300 branches across Canada. Today in The Toronto Star a few of the 60 Greater Toronto Area (GTA) branches are listed. Dundas/Spadina, Bay/Bloor and Church/Wellesley and Yonge/Eglinton are a few opening this Sunday 12-4 pm.
To find any bank across Canada that is open this Sunday from 12-4pm check this LINK HERE to enter your city and branch, be sure to click "open Sunday".

UPDATE - November 1/2010 - Just found out this morning that the downtown TD Canada Trust branches, opening Sundays, will be Church/Wellesley and Bloor/Bay starting February 13/2011, I'm sure more announcements to come.
It use to be in Toronto many years ago you couldn't buy a beer in downtown Toronto without buying something to eat. Most people drove the hour and half to Buffalo on Sundays for some shopping and an "adult" drink without the food.
Then a local furrier, Paul Magdar on Spadina Avenue challenged the law about shopping on Sundays and opened his store every Sunday and was fined over $50,000 which lead to his bankruptcy, after 20 years of defying the Sunday closing law.
Now 2010, everyone is open on Sundays and Magdar is back in business, but so are the malls.
[/img]Now TD Canada Trust has announced they will be opening 300 branches across Canada on Sundays and giving the customers what they want. Whether it will apply to TD Banks in the USA is unknown. [/img]Canada Trust was the original bank in Canada that initiated extended hours when they changed their hours from 8am to 8pm and when the two banks merged those hours were extended to the TD banks.
Banking from 10am to 3pm is long in the past, but the Sunday banking is a refreshing start.

UPDATE - October 31/2010 - Here's the official announcement from TD Canada Trust but they don't tell us which branches will be open, but they did say the Sunday hours will be noon to 4pm.

TD-Canada Trust has been a huge sponsor of many local events over the years and during the G20 summit in Toronto in June 2010, their completely glass windows branch at Queen/Bay were damaged during the riots downtown, as a symbol of corporate greed, according to certain anarchist groups who protested during the summit in Toronto.

Are prices within Toronto going up way too much to live. Yogourt from $3 - to $3.99 in one week.

, , ,

Have people noticed that prices are going up all around us but everyday things like food and washroom use are going up leaps and bounds. Does this picture seem reasonable? $10 to use a restroom in the Cabbagetown area of Toronto and that works out to 1000% increase because they never charged with the previous owners.
dandmb50flickr's photos on Flickriver

City of Toronto Licensing and Enforcement say that since it is private property they can charge what they want. I just hope no-one goes there to eat or give them any kind of business.

[/img]I also just uncovered a secret that grocery stores have been using for years. An example would be yogourt which went "on sale" last week in a local
No Frills store in Toronto (Loblaws) for $2, regular price $2.99. I asked the Manager/owner while they were "on sale" what happens when the sale is over, do the prices go up? He said "well I'm not sure I don't make those decisions, it comes from head office."

Surprise, surprise I went back there over the weekend and the "sale" was over and what's the new price, $3.99 which is over 30% increase.
But as employees, our salaries are restricted to 2-3% a year, not a week.
And how often are there (codeword) "sales" in grocery stores?

About 10-15 years ago the oil companies were nervous to raise gas prices by 2-3 cents a litre/gallon at any one time, now they don't blink and eye when they put it up 10-15 cents on any given day and usually they up the price Friday afternoons when everyone is traveling.

Is it getting hard to survive in Toronto, you bet, but the really sad part is it isn't only in Toronto it's everywhere. Start watching these prices and don't be afraid to complain, it does work.
