UPDATE - January 29/2011 - Adam Josephs (badge 731) was spotted today (with no nametag) at the political rally for the the people of Egypt at Dundas Square in downtown Toronto.
UPDATE - December 8/2010 - The card deck is starting to fold for Chief Bill Blair with all the revelations of wrongdoings at the G20 summit in June/2010. The Toronto Star has recently received a video, untouched, of a Mr. Adam Nobody (yes that's his name) who was brutally beaten and arrested at the G20 for nothing.
UPDATE - October 16/2010 - Adam Josephs suing for $1.2 million.

I was looking at my site stats and noticed I was getting a lot of hits on the "Officer Bubbles" BLOG and finally realized there was a story in the Toronto Star about Adam Josephs "Bubbles" suing Google
(You Tube) for $1.2 million for libelous/defamatory comments made by 24 people on the video website. He is pictured here at the Taste of the Danforth (annual Greek food festival) in Toronto during the summer. Josephs is on the right.

Hamilton, Ontario man Todd Mara came forward today and says he is one of the 24 which the suit was directed at, and he stands by what he said, on YouTube (Google) about Officer "Bubbles" in this Toronto Star update on October 18/2010 and YouTube has removed the cartoons from the website.

UPDATE - October 27/2010 - Very interesting article in the Toronto Star about the disgusting conditions at "Torontonomo Bay" (Detention Centre) during the G20 summit in June 2010.

[/img]
You can read more about this in the Toronto Star article July 16/2010.
I think it was really a stretch, but at least he had HIS name tag visible.
If nothing else, maybe this G20 summit will change the "holier than thou" attitude and cops will be more reasonable with it's citizens. They have had a free reign for far too long pushing young people around doing searches and overstepping their authority. Why do they do this, because most of us respect"ed" the police and they need to earn that back. Also many young people are not aware of their rights and just complied as good citizens always do. They are just a bit beyond that thin line right now, and if they play it right, they may gain back our respect, but they better do it really quick. So what were the citizens to do when the police were confiscating "goggles" if they happened to come across floating bubbles?

New UPDATE below.

Here's a "tribute page" to Officer "bubbles," on Facebook, check it out. he Deals in "Human Garbage," works for the City of Toronto, nice touch. The suit, must have increased by 10-20,000 from 24. Everyone seems to want to be sued. And everyone wants to get on the list. Here is his original personal facebook profile, screenshot before he took it down .. To enlarge this page screenshot, (click the screenshot) here's a tip, hold down the control key and scroll your button up/down to increase/decrease the size of the page once you click the screenshot.

Click HERE   to see what he thinks he does for the City on Toronto. Once you take it down Josephs, it's on the internets forever, so good luck, no matter what you delete. And the big question, who is financing this outrageous lawsuit? I'm sure you will lose, and be slapped with court costs.

Just before you click, to go to the FULL BLOG I have to tell you I have never got as many hits, as this "bubbles" BLOG, and from everywhere in the world, Australia, New Zealand, China, South Africa, Austria, Switzerland and of course all over North America. There seems to be outrage everywhere.

UPDATE - Aug 7/2010 - Look who I saw at the recent Taste of the Danforth Greek festival (Officer Adam Josephs himself?) He said a few things, but basically told me things were --> different than reported on the YouTube video, and in the local media. I believe he was misrepresented, as he came off very pleasant.
[/img]We all remember this picture from decades ago (Tiananmen Square) and you can clearly see the officer below with the bike (Just above the watermark "DMB") has no name tag, or it is covered over with black tape. I hardly ever use YouTube videos on my BLOG but could not resist all of these that are out there. The amateur video journalists and people with cell cameras "almost" outnumbered the riot police.[/img]

Toronto Police Service (TPS) officer Adam Josephs really did have an "attitude" as many others did at the G20 summit in Toronto recently.

We must start legislation (Federal and Provincial) immediately to ban children from using "bubbles" since it has been deemed a "dangerous weapon" (by TPS Adam Josephs) how did children get away with this for so many years? It must be stopped now! Can you just imagine how many children and adults, were subjected and injured by this most "dangerous" practice of blowing bubbles? Should we write to our politicians to get this stopped now?

dandmb50flickr's photos on Flickriver
Ban it now, to protect our citizens or maybe we should ban TPS officer Adam Josephs, at the very least he should be restricted to desk duty, where he doesn't encounter this dangerous activity while the city around him gets destroyed, a very minor problem. [/img]

You be the judge, I'll just BLOG/report it. ..

Read all my BLOGS about the G20 summit in Toronto, June/2010, lots of pictures too.
Isn't free speech great, Adam Josephs "Bubbles"? I'd be happy to get "your side of the story" and print it here, so don't hesitate to "write a comment" at the

"bottom of the BLOG.? That is if you have the guts, toughness to tell us what you think, or clear up your reaction to this situation. I/we wait with baited breath. It's still the number one search on Google, literally from every City in the WORLD.

Ah, with that attitude he would not last long in our Police Force in the UK at least our Policeman know who they serve and pay their wages us!

I know what the excuse will be he was stressed because of G20 but that is so lame as it what he is paid to do!

People like this make me so angry as it is really not needed!

John writes: That cop showed more restraint than I could have under such flagrant provocation. The worst of it is that in the end the protester got exactly the attention she wanted. Surely she could have been doing something productive that day, even if it was just staying at home to reduce her carbon footprint . . .

All over really dangerous bubbles, get real!

There is no justification for his attitude he wasted his own time and tax payers money on such a trivial matter, it is a bad joke at least!

Anonymous writes: I guess it hasn't occurred to Torontonians to launch a class action suit about his facebook page in which he described his job as cleaning up human garbage the man has a bad attitude yes it was stressfull that day - but his attitude about the people he is sworn to protect was well documented on his own facebook page before the G20 ... http://www.g20justice.com/id_suspects/TPS_FB_Adam_Josephs.jpg

Toronto Tax Payer and Voter writes: If you people do not like the way Police Officers conduct their business, please attend Police headquarters, attend the second floor to the employment unit and apply to become a Police Officer. But I think people who complain about the Police are cowards and would not have the balls to put their lives on the line to protect others. To those who want change, get into it in a political level, don't just complain about and protest, actually do something about it where there will be actual results. If there are actual anti Police support, why would the people of Toronto vote Rob Ford in. The actual minorities are those left wing NDP nobody's with no jobs.

Good point, but I disagree.
