Pixels and Letters

okay now... first of all, i want to thank Master Kyo. haha^^ the phrase above was from a conversation we had last 26th of August 2009. it was originally from his Great Ojisan. domo arigatoo Great One!

i just had my birthday... and for a little change i am writing a blog about how happy i am (for those who have read my previous write ups... obviously it was not the most happy thoughts i have ).

well... well... well... i had been hiding my age to all my friends here in myOpera community. reasons i had with me. i didn't want to feel so old and most of my best buddies here are younger than me. so Ms. Asaki, you should be happy now... haha! i am telling my age... yeah right, you are not the oldest... grrrr! i am already 27. haha^^ as the phrase above says.. my body may get old but i'll keep my mind and spirit kind, playful, happy... so i will feel young. that would be the fountain of youth, it lies in my mind, heart and spirit.

anyway, since this is my birthday blog. i just want to share some facts. i don't celebrate my birthday. this year i locked up myself in my room. haha^^ keeping myself away from any harm or stupid things that usually happens when it's my birthday. uhmmm... can't remember when was the last time i had a celebration... i'll take you to a little track back.

it was my 24th birthday... i had an improvised alcoholic drink mixed with apple juice and fresh apple slices. i was a bit drunk when i decided to go down from our room which is in the third floor. i went to the shop beside another building... at that time i saw my lady friend sitting in the lobby of their building. i sat behind her... and carefully stroke her hair... oh, wow... i am so in love with girls with long shiny black hair. i went in front of her and hold her hand. she was a bit shock and confused. then i knelt in front of her holding her hands and even before she could speak i said with my modulated voice, "can i be your boyfriend? it is my birthday... it would be my best gift." my eyes was looking right through her beautiful face, my lips was candidly open as i await what she was to say... haha^^ well, you probably guessed right what happened next. (the drawing in the right is me and my lady friend... haha^^ i gave it to her as a gift.)

a year after... i was enjoying drinking and singing karaoke. as usual it was a drinking session with this improvised alcoholic beverage. i think we were about more or less 15 person in the room. i have a bad habit of spanking my friends... haha^^ really bad, especially when i am drunk. i had been hitting this friend of mine, then he slapped back at my back. then i returned it with a greater force... it happened maybe five times when suddenly, ouch! blood was dripping all over my body, oh my... my nose was broken... and all the guests run away. i was left there. then this friend of mine insisted with a fist-to-fist fight, all i did was laugh at him... haha^^ and made him a lot angry.anyway, i never fought back even i had a broken bone and i was left by my friends. i was thinking, he punched me because i did something wrong and it is not good if i fought back. it was about friendship. they hated me for that reason but eventually understood... and i believe, friends can hurt me as much as they want, i can take the pain. leave me alone and if they come back i will be there waiting... i am still a friend. uhmmmm... that was my 25th birthday, a bloody one. and yeah, i had a gift for myself... a tattoo. the photo was taken by a friend who never left me that time... i was drunk and enjoying everything. he washed my body and cleaned my mess. oh, thanks to him and another friend who never left me. of all those friends, only two were there to stay with me. rock on!

and then it was the year 2008, i had the most simplest birthday. in my new job only a few trusted friends i have. haha^^ after work, i went to a grocery store. bought some cold beverages, 2 pint chocolate ice cream... yipee! my favorite flavour and bought 6 packs of instant noodles. what a pity... i had only one friend with me to celebrate my 26th birthday. hmmnnn... well, we stayed long hours awake to watch a cable channel and some sort of conversation how life sucks. we talked about work and all the sacrifices we were giving to our job. even though we were not given much privilege as stated in our job contract. in my case, my duties and responsibilities are of a service crew and yet i work alone in a coffee shop in the desert assuming all the responsibilities of a manager - making weekly and monthly reports, product orders and inventories, cash handling and everything else a crew and manager does (no additional salary... sad). haha^^ i don't know with myself, i never complain and they abuse me. i haven't had my day-off in about 8 straight months. working 12 hours a day. 4 hours in one branch near the sea and 8 hours alone in the desert. what a life!

and now... haha^^ what could have been the difference in this year?! hmmnn... i locked up myself in the room. cool! harharhar... my 27th birthday is so ordinary day. i barely made comments on anyone's blog. i go online and yet log-out after a few seconds. oh well, a few of my friends here in myOpera know how crazy i am... but i won't go on telling it here. haha^^ i am looking forward to getting old... and feeling young. whatever the future holds... bad events may happen, i'll still be the crazy and happy me.
