so as always i dunno what to write so i just post an epic youtube video

My good old Russia KOS is going to do a promo movie for the www.speedcapture.com site as a freetime projejt.
So he thinks that this needs a own blog where people can get updates for the movie and tipps and tricks for editing the Quake engine.

And he is damn right!

To give you a short preview of what is KOS getting inspired by, watch this:



so i think it's awesome but there is no deadline set so updates will be kinda rare.

"Times" is a self-contained short-clip by Isenseven and at the same time the last part of the upcoming full-length movie "Let's Go Get Lost". As this clip will be edited slightly different in the final movie, we decided to publish this original version online already now.

You could call it the sequel to "w3sp strafes", but as you can see the name changed, so did the content and the main idea of showing it off.
Again all runs are world records with the difference, that you'll now get some weapon runs as well. Both; VQ3 and CPM physics.
Most of the runs are recorded online.
Two maps from w3sp strafes will appear again, but as you may have guessed, improved heavily.

THE VID AND THE REQS:

1. 1440x900, 50 FPS, x264
Software: x264 codec, any player able to decode x264 via ffdshow. Other decoders with multi-core support might work as well. (MPC&ffdshow recommended)
Hardware: At least a fast dual core with over 2,6 Ghz. Any tripple-core, quad-core or higher.

2. 1280x800, 50 FPS, Xvid
Software: Xvid codec, pretty much any player.
Hardware: Pretty much any hardware configuration.
