Hey Guys =)
Today I made a very Norwegian Dish called "Svele" for my host family =) I guess it's very similar to pancakes, but it's made with buttermilk and some other ingredients which gives it a very Norwegian-like taste =) Anyway, my host-family seemed to like it so I feel very pleased of my accomplishment ;)
