do not seek the treasure !

Yeah, no

,

NBC.com sure has a sense of humour. This is what their player showed me after watching a SNL clip, instead of some Sandler movie trailer:

Yeah, no
, I think I'll keep the URL filter on.

PS: The clip, with the ads.

Hey, be fair. A trailer is an advert for a film. So your ad blocker was just being pedantic by blocking it.

Indeed, I don't even care what made the browser refuse (I suspect CNN tried to connect to ads.cnn.com or something).

Those guys sure are cheeky to ask me to make an effort, so they can serve me ads: textbook definition of anti-feature. But to do it after I've seen the content I want, that's priceless :D

Homer: Doh! Didn't read the "after"

 Good one.

It's also a relief to see someone else using "yeah, no" I do it all the time, but it's still sounds odd sometimes.

Keeping the filter on is a good idea as it blocks the trash as well as the ads! :D

They also often ban users from watching stuff - I'm outside of the UK, and rarely get to view stuff, as they don't want me to. Otherwise, filters will work in your favour. I guess I could use a US based proxy to view stuff, but I never seem to get around to it.

Though often watch some good shows, like Weeds and Burn Notice (my 2 faves).

Hope all's good with you! Rob
