hi, I heard that in some asian countries people like dog or cat meat. In Poland people don't eat this kind of meat. Polish ppl keep dogs (or cats) in homes and treat them as a friends, as a part of family (this people who like animals). But you know, they eat (ppl not pets, haha) cow, pig, chicken meat. But there was a case (6 or 8 months ago)when some people killed dogs (from an animal shelter) for meat and fat.. I don't eat meat at all, i'm vegetarian.
What kind of meat do your family eat? In Vietname, there are so many restaurants of dog & cat meat. I hate them a lot. I have 4 dogs and our family treat them like our members, like our babies. But not all people here like cats/ dogs. Some animals are badly treated by their owners.
My family eat cow/pig/chicken meat and fish. When my mother doing a dinner or smth like this I showing her a picture of a sweet little piggy. then she almost cry, she say she won't be eat meat anymore but next day she do..you know what it's funny? My mom doesn't like meat very much but she think that meat dinner is faster to prepare than veges.
