Fact: FYIBusiness (Sunday, Jan 28, 2007) names Vercor as the dealmaker in this transaction in an article entitled Amsterdam Company Acquires Nowata Filtration, Div of NMW Inc

You've really upset me in your insistency to hurt others and put unfactual information on the Internet. Journalism does not work by posting a lies in hopes that this will smoke out the information you want to be reality. We had come to agreement and then you went back out to Topix, reposted your articles, and insist on trying to harm innocent people.
I've made it clear that I will begin to expose your lies. Unlike your claims, I have factual data backed by press releases and third party websites. But still, I do not know the entire story so I will need to begin to ask others. Thus, tomorrow I will begin to send out communications directly to those involved in your lies. As always, I'll post my questions on the Internet. My first question will be posed to Tom Self. Then I'll ask the leadership team of Nowata Filtration as you are doing the same thing with them. There are several others I will take this to after that including Vercor. Since you have forced me into a fact finding mission, I am now like you, determined to find the truth. Your lies are front and center, however!

I am not sure if you are aware but David Perkins was forced out of Vercor in 2007. Since 2007, the market has changed significantly which has directly impacted his business model. He has taken a desparacy approach, as many have these days. Unfortunately, his approach is at the expense of the reputation of larger more established firms. He is basically going to social media sites and posting slanderous statements in the forms of questions and posting slanderous accusations on his blog. His hope is to attract new clients. Then he is inviting them $100 lunches and using references to try and garner new business. Your reference is one of these.
I am from the Defamation Action League and my sole purpose is to facilitate fair play on the Internet. Some of Mr. Perkins tactics are the same as tossing a hand granade into a church. It is unfair and terroristic and I have made it my cause in life to protect the innocent. I've done this for years and will continue to do so.
My question to you is did you do your deal with Vercor or Acquisition Advisors? The following statement is on Acquisition Advisors website:
“Acquisition Advisors did a tremendous job for us. We’re very excited about the deal and our new partnership with Clearview.” -Tom Self
The data I have collected shows that this is innacurate. In otherwords, it is a lie and it is being used to fund a business model that irresponsible and terroristic. That makes you a part of it.
I will await your response. I have posted my question to the following web page and pinged the major search engines as I want to solicity the response of all involved.
