Beautiful weekend

Last Saturday, we (my husband and I) went to the pier. The weather was great, and that day there were having some kind of racing boats. Therefore, we saw helicopter flew over the gulf and a lot of floats surround the pier. We went there for dumping the remain of my dearest sister which my parent sent to me. The water was so clam and clear. We saw many small fishes. Later the big birds are gathering around the docks and waiting for their fresh meal. Not far from where we were standing there was couple of dolphins swimming as well. I posted some photo from that day (too bad some photos were too dark due to lack of experience and poor camera we got). Anyhow, it was nice and beautiful day. Especially, it made me feel so good that I have done what I promised to my dearest sister that she is also going to be with me in US, someday.

Tomorrow, at work our department is going to have just a little fun for V's day. We will exchange gifts, sharing some goodies. It should be nice and make us all feeing good ( since we are so busy with our works all the time).

For me, I am thinking this year I should bring my husband....

Family, love

Last Thursday around 11.40PM, one of my sister called and said " Sister..please be strong and do not cry...I just want to let you know that our sister now is gone...” I felt like something just hit me in the head. At that moment, the feeling of loosing someone that I always love and care…by knowing that I am not going to see her again..It is just so hard and such empty feeling, which I never had experienced before.

Today is her cremation day; it is so hard for me that I cannot be there with my family. I helped my parent to babysitting her since she was born. Watching her growing up and graduated from the college.. it just likes yesterday. She‘s only 30-year-old, it is so sad not seeing her to get married and start her own family like the others.

My dearest sister, wherever you are, I love you and I will remember you…always.

In a California zoo, a mother tiger gave birth to a rare set of triplet tiger cubs. Unfortunately, due to pregnancy complications, the cubs were born prematurely and died shortly after birth.
Mother tiger after recovering from the delivery, suddenly started to decline in health, although physically fine. The vets felt that the loss of her litter had caused her to fall into a depression. The doctors decided that if she could surrogate anothe r mother's cubs, perhaps she would improve.
After checking with many other zoos, the depressing news was that there were no tiger cubs of the right age to introduce to the tiger mother. The vets decided to try something that had never been tried in a zoo environment.
Sometimes a mother of one species will take on the care of a different species. The only "orphans" that could be found quickly, were a litter of wiener pigs. The zoo keepers and vets wrapped the piglets in tiger skin and placed the babies around the mother tiger. The results . . .
