Here I am again! One week later and a little bit thinner!
Well, I wasn't very dedicated this first week, I've drunk a lot of beer on the weekend and I've eaten things I shouldn't. (which I don't feel ashamed of! I had a lot of fun! hehe) But, on the other hand, I've gone walking and jogging and I started learning how to eat properly, that is, I've eaten every three hours, so I don't feel very hungry and I don't eat a lot in just one meal. Plus, I maximize my metabolism and it burns fats easiely My sister, who is a physical educator, told me about it before, and I had never paid much attention on it, as a matter of fact, I didn't believe in it that much, but now I do! And the best part is that you don't have that bad sensation of feeling hungry.Some basic information:Height

I'm willing to eliminate some weight (I was told that the word 'lose' is not so good to be used in this context, because once you lose something, you may find it eventually, and that's not the case here! LoL) and in order for it to happen, I'll be having a healthy diet, more fruits and vegetables, no soda and junk food and a lot of exercises.
Well, I should say my problem is not eating junk food, actually I don't eat it a lot, I love healthy food, my biggest problem is eating a lot and I'm trying to control myself not to eat a lot, just the necessary to feed me well.
About exercising, I don't really have time to go to a gym (which I'd love to) because I've been working a lot lately and it's going to carry on like this until the end of the year. The only free time I have is after 11pm, I really wish I lived in a larger city, where I could find an available gym at that time, but as it's not the case, I made up my mind that I will go jogging at that time to compensate.
So, let's wait and see my results.

This morning two beggarmen came to my house and asked something to eat, and since it wasn't lunchtime and all I had were some fruits, I put some fruits in a plastic bag and gave it to them. They looked to the content of the bag and gave it back to me and said angrily they didn't want fruits!
And that was when I almost picked an apple and throw it at them. Fortunately I am not a violent person. Angry yes, but not violent. Hehe
