Diet Plan - Week 5

I'm going to the fifth week almost 5 kg slimmer and feeling very good. Last week I didn't tell you much, but I started going to the gym and I also bought a bike to ride at night when I come back from work. I was also on a protein diet, that's why I've lost so much weight in just one week, but it's not so good, I have to say! I'm sick of meat now... I couldn't even eat fruits because they have sugar in it and as I love fruits it was hell to me. Anyway, I gave up on the protein diet but I'm still eating healthy!
And above all, I'm very proud of myself! smile Soon I'll post a before and after pic of me.

I've lost some weight this week, but I don't really know to tell how much was that.. it was a regular week, I exercised a little bit and I kept on my eating-every-3-hour plan and I tried not to have fat food. I couldn't resist some beer and I hope this week that's coming will be better...

Diet Plan - Week 2

Here I am again! One week later and a little bit thinner! p
Well, I wasn't very dedicated this first week, I've drunk a lot of beer on the weekend and I've eaten things I shouldn't. (which I don't feel ashamed of! I had a lot of fun! hehe) But, on the other hand, I've gone walking and jogging and I started learning how to eat properly, that is, I've eaten every three hours, so I don't feel very hungry and I don't eat a lot in just one meal. Plus, I maximize my metabolism and it burns fats easiely p My sister, who is a physical educator, told me about it before, and I had never paid much attention on it, as a matter of fact, I didn't believe in it that much, but now I do! And the best part is that you don't have that bad sensation of feeling hungry.

Current weight: 105,9 kg (around 233,47 pounds)
Weight loss so far: 500g (around 1,102 pounds)

Diet Plan - Week 1

I'm willing to eliminate some weight (I was told that the word 'lose' is not so good to be used in this context, because once you lose something, you may find it eventually, and that's not the case here! LoL) and in order for it to happen, I'll be having a healthy diet, more fruits and vegetables, no soda and junk food and a lot of exercises.
Well, I should say my problem is not eating junk food, actually I don't eat it a lot, I love healthy food, my biggest problem is eating a lot and I'm trying to control myself not to eat a lot, just the necessary to feed me well.
About exercising, I don't really have time to go to a gym (which I'd love to) because I've been working a lot lately and it's going to carry on like this until the end of the year. The only free time I have is after 11pm, I really wish I lived in a larger city, where I could find an available gym at that time, but as it's not the case, I made up my mind that I will go jogging at that time to compensate.
So, let's wait and see my results.
I'll try to post some pics here.. so you can tell me, if it's working.
