Diet Plan - Week 2

Well, I wasn't very dedicated this first week, I've drunk a lot of beer on the weekend and I've eaten things I shouldn't. (which I don't feel ashamed of! I had a lot of fun! hehe) But, on the other hand, I've gone walking and jogging and I started learning how to eat properly, that is, I've eaten every three hours, so I don't feel very hungry and I don't eat a lot in just one meal. Plus, I maximize my metabolism and it burns fats easiely
My sister, who is a physical educator, told me about it before, and I had never paid much attention on it, as a matter of fact, I didn't believe in it that much, but now I do! And the best part is that you don't have that bad sensation of feeling hungry.Some basic information:
Height: 193cm (6'3'')
Current weight: 105,9 kg (around 233,47 pounds)
Weight loss so far: 500g (around 1,102 pounds)
