London revives a profession that had been abandoned a long time ago: the "Ale Taster".
More than appreciating the drink, the taster is supposed to drink several kinds of beers and evaluate their temperature, quality and level of alcohol.
The profession was considered by the British people as the best in the world, and it was created in 1683 by the historical Spitalfields market.



I believe it's time to change my occupation! bigsmile
