*yawn*.. well my latest set of photos are just random pics of land, seascapes, a couple flowers, boats, etc. They were taken in the evening time save for one pic. (didn't I tell you mornings suck?

)
I was actually amazed at how good a small point & shoot camera can take pics. ...not being able to adjust aperture or shutter speed:insane: & still get some good shots.
I see beauty in little details.. like the way fire burns, the calm currents of the sea, or refractions of light . Most times you will find beauty but it is cluttered by the surroundings…. You have to know how to crop the image in your mind, then with your lens.
Texture – That pic is of a coconut tree trunk…. Why all the scratches on the trunk you ask? Iguanas dude.. Iguanas! They live nearby & they climb the tree. Sometime they scamper up the trunk when they hear someone coming,

(they fall off too.. no one got hurt

) I just inverted that picture so the green leaves turned kinda’ pink but the trunk stayed almost the same because it’s a more neutral colour.
Till the End – I went in some mud 2 inches deep to get this. All alone walking towards a lonely beach:worried: (with little sand mind you). As I got closer & closer the boats got bigger & scarier

If something happened there was no way I could run in all that dirt!.. oh well I got the shot. When I reviewed it, I found it looked like two friends who lived similar lives, ‘died’, & were ‘buried’ in the same place. A girl I knew saw it & said it “looks like an old couple”

, I had to laugh.. & she was so right. The way they lean towards each other says it all.
They Leave So Soon – This bird made noise all day (pleasant though). I walked around the house only to find it.. of all places, on the ground, with its feathers all ruffled.

I wondered if it could fly? Why didn’t it fly away on sight of me? …I know now that it was too young to do so.

What it did do was run!

(well it was more like walking)

He looked back ever so often to see if I was still there. (I was) I took a few pictures of it at very close range (about 3 feet) then it walked out of my life forever.

I went inside thereafter, used the little boys room & before I could come out I’m hearing the same bird so loud I thought it was outside the window!.... so I started to go outside… only to see it in my gallery!

….(was I its new ‘mother’ or something? cause I wasn’t ready for that commitment)

After he.. or she? (who knows) walked inside, I decided to take some more shots, I even petted it like you would a dog. (much gentler off course) It tried to fly away shortly after & fell right into a vase,

I had to take the poor thing out. We hung out in the kitchen a bit, I sat near the counter, he stood on the sink. We talked about life, women, politics, then he said he was bummed he couldn’t fly well, & I said, “hey.. I can’t fly at all”, so we bonded some.

Eventually I had to let him out though & that pic is the last one I took of him when he went outside. …I always wonder how is he?
"Evening Feeling" - That was a nice day... Jah just arranged the sky in layers, as easily as you arrange your desktop.
"Now Staring - Fruit!" - In case your not from Trinidad (or earth for that matter), the weird star shaped fruit is NOT plastic!

It's called a Star Apple....... well duh.

(star apple is the local name)
"Frosting Eve" - That name was picked because the land looks like the frosting of a cake.... also the picture looks very cold.
"The Satellite" - there are many definitions for the word "Satellite", the one I'm dealing with is: "A natural or artificial body in orbit around a planet." Also, man made satellites usually relay information,.... the Moon relays light.
