Merle put up a shot along these lines, which triggered my memory of these, that I took in 2005, on two consecutive days.

Sami: I think it would have worked better for me if it had been centred, but in any case, this was not intended to be a competitive post.
Eva: Thank you, I've always had a feel for line and mass, but not much intuitive understanding of colour ... which is why photography is so good for me: I don't have to try to mix paints.
