My friends, I must report that I am temporarily offline because I have THREE(!!!) computers down at the same time ... a touch weird, perhaps, but true.

I expect to get them fixed, or at least some of them, very soon.

Bear with me.

Not yet ... i'm in the process of rehabilitating an old one, but the new one with the foglights and tailfins is so proprietary that I can't figure out where to start.

On the old one, I'm waiting for parts.

Thank you, friends ... I am currently using the local Library's Internet access to keep track of important emails and (sigh!) order computer parts. Luckily, service on the latter is relatively quick.

OK ... I'm back up on the old Dell that quit on me about a year ago ... it needed a new HD (I knew that), and a new vid card (I DIDN'T know that!) Oh, well ...

The worst part of it was the first new HD chose the moment of the final reboot in installation to decide to blitz me, and I had to order another.
