Unite? UNTIE! - File sharing in Unite

Regarding adding permissions to the new file serving capabilities, here is my wish-list.
The best and easiest way to implement permission control for your files would be to have one parent shared folder and within it, on your own computer you'd have your own directory structure. You, the host would have the ability to set the permissions for each child folder in the admin area of the website. I'd very much like to see the UI made a little larger and more friendly in this case.
This is my shared folder, being able to set a permission for each subdirectory should be a snap. The only drawback is that the structure is subject to change, but so long as the user is aware that permissions will default to private or limited for new folders, it shouldn't be a problem. I have to admit, I'd feel slightly safer if the permissions and so forth were handled locally.
I'd also really like the option to enable HTTP upload to private folders of my choosing so a friend or work colleague can deliver files beyond the size an email would allow. To completely negate the need for something like Dropbox or to keep your computer running 24/7, there should ideally be a small online storage hosting option, possibly linked to the files section of my Opera account.
For efficiencies sake I need opera to open the shared folder within my OS so I can remove or add files without having to browse through my computer and retrieve it manually.
Oh, last thing (I hope) I'd like to be able to set the maximum bandwidth for uploads, I don't really want my up speed to be saturated if a couple of people are downloading something.
