Opera 11 is finally unleashed and we'll let the Choose Opera blog, and Opera website handle downloads and explain about new features in Opera 11, like Tab stacking, Visual mouse gestures, Extensions and Safer address bar.

What we've done is made a bunch of wallpapers and Speed Dial backgrounds below. So please download all Opera goodies and spread the word, as we go to eleven.

Opera 10.60

Opera 10.60 was launched earlier today. The news is Geolocation, improved support for advanced Web standards such as HTML5 and WebM video, search suggestions and it's of course faster than ever!

The dark speed dial boxes has been replaced with white clean boxes in wide screen format and a default background image has been added. Some nice transitions has been added to switching / dragging tabs, tabs preview, and visual tabs.

On the website, we've updated the campaign graphic but continue with the "small, fast and beautiful" hummingbird theme. We've also made an update to our download button. We decided to go in the direction of a darker and more Opera branded download button, in line with the design of the opera.com top navigation. This way we'll more clearly state that you're about to download an Opera product, than with the previous version.

Regarding the button, is this the way to go? Should download buttons use green or blue color by default, or should it reflect the brand?

Download Opera 10.60, or read more about it here. To test geolocation visit our Live Map and check out if anyone else is using Opera 10.60 in your area : )

Enjoy!
