Tomorrow always be a fresh day

By the end of 2006 we got two items of news, one is about Baiqitun, a kind of pig living in YangziRiver, is extinct in this world. Another one is about SUV, it will be restricted in Europe becouse of its destruction to the environment.
When I was a child I had been told that Panda and Baiqitun are two most important national treasures of China. Now one of them is extinct. This conclusion was made by an union expedition that the staff are from China and 6 other contries. I don't know what is the real meaning for the people who are concentrating on developing the economy. The booming economy means wealth, but the dying out of baiqitun implicated that the beautiful things we anticipate are no longer perfect,it isn't necessary to work hard and to be a industrious people, because the future is very bad.
The other one is about the SUV vehicle, the relevant organ of Europe has decided to conduct some regulation to restrict the SUV. I thought it is a very good decision. The SUV consume too much gasoline, it is a big destruction to the enviroment. I have ever read an essay about the exploitation for the petroleun deposit, according to the current mining speed, the easily-mined petroleun will be exhausted in 40~50 years. At that time, the human people will spend more and more strength and money to find out the new technology for the toughly-mined deposit. But in China, more and more people bought the SUV, they are proud of having this type of vehicle, becouse it represents the wealth and the status, but nobody understood that we should have nothing once we lost the future....
