Merry Christmas/Happy New Year Everyone.

zomg 18. December 2006, 10:03

I hope the crashes when
a) opera's temp file drive is full
b) when saving files to a drive which is full
are gone.

If so, great. They were pretty much the only things that annoyed me.

Would be a good idea to tell us if it is one of the latest builds already tested here, or a modified [fixes?!] new build.

[Edit]For those interested: Looks like it is weekly 8679.[Edit]

Muts 18. December 2006, 10:31

I don't understand my bugreports through the 'report a site problem' have never been fixed. :frown: When plugins are disabled it happens that a gif ad is shown double and blocks legit content on the site:

Its Build 8679.

I still have horizontal scroll on adobe.com and still don't have horizontal scroll here: http://www.motocube.com/index.php?option=com_gallery2&Itemid=26&g2_itemId=296&g2_imageViewsIndex=1

Otherwise, good job and happy holidays!

ar1pe 18. December 2006, 11:43

Thanks a lot :D

gectou4 18. December 2006, 11:51

Horizontal scrool bars is due to negative value in CSS proprety like text-indent or position.

It's for 'hidden' something for show it up with css or javascript.

Check your horizontal bar and source you will understand what is for.

bug-244344

Fraud protection is not active on site where it is enabled (i.e. I click "enable fraud protection" and ok without clicking the "perform fraud check" button. enabling fraud protection should trigger a fraud check automatically.

Hey there.

Why is it, that Opera takes about a minute to actually load www.buy.com - if I open it in Firefox it is there instantly, but Opera keeps reloading, refreshing and what not. Anyone else experiencing this?

S

ShadowFX 18. December 2006, 14:34

www.buy.com loads almost instantly for me with Opera 9.10.
Good job on the new release!

cousin333 18. December 2006, 16:10

Is there any (working) solution for the Media Player 11 plugin bug (duplicated buttons, dissorted picture)? Which I still have in Opera 9.1 final with WMP11 final(?) on Vista RC2.

FataL 18. December 2006, 16:11

I will upgrade my Opera 8.54 at home only after Opera start creating backup files again.
BAK files of autosave.win and opera6.adr save me many times previously when after some crash I got zero length files.

jonspencerbx 18. December 2006, 16:16

@FataL,

simply make a backup of your profile directory and you're done... Not that hard.
