Do you think we could get a way to back up our toolbars config/layouts using synchronization?
Oh and I've got drag and scroll enabled and I just tried selecting text to delete in the "write a comment" frame - unfortunately, the mouse didn't select any text...it just scrolled the page up and down
Oh and Veoh videos don't seem to show up though you can hear the audio...
But Kestrel is super fast - I desperately want to install it over my regular Opera to see how it works with mail - still, will wait for the beta.
Though the one thing people are probably still going to want like hell is an inline spell checker.

"Spelling check now works in single-line inputs, too" is that the same as in-line? lol
Ok no inline spell check......but the single-line spell check is what I was wanting:)

bug i wanted to report is that a page with lots of png's does get sometimes displayed with tiny images.

The mouse wheel scrolling has become smoother... the scrolling does not stop as soon as the mouse wheel is let go of... the scrolling decelerates slowly and comes to a halt... much like a car smoothly stopping... nice.
One feature that I miss is the "remember tabs" - Opera remembers the tabs that were open when the opera closed/crashed. It seems the feature is not enabled by default. Is there a way to enable it? One of the worst fears - is it removed?

will there be a future Qt 4 shared build? Or a way for the static build to pick up on (gtk) themes?

edit again -- including notes in the myopera syncing would be really, really cool

It would maybe help them more in knowing what part you want to configure.

- "Save as" dialog does not remember previous location
- Context menu in transfers tab does not have windows shell commands, for instance "Enqueue in WinAmp" for music files or "Edit with Vim" for essentially anything textful, which are about 70% of my actions with downloaded files.

My bookmarks are gone. Os X, how do I get them back?
this is absolutely not kosher

I'll report it to the skin creator. Thanks!

MrFukov: I get 390ms on average with both (Vista, 32-bit, 1GB RAM).

But I was also a bit surprised that install-over wiped a LOT of settings. Suppose that's why they said not to do it this time.
Hopefully I did things properly during installation and can still use O9.23 with the "old profile".

You should not expect everyone to find the information on the webpge, or to read the comments (or even know the exist at first).
all my cookies, bookmarks, emails etc.. are gone.
Nothing I use seems to be working properly...
I cant drag website icons to the toolbar to make a quick link
turning off history doesnt work
speed dial is resetting itself to nothing everytime I open opera
Chat (irc) is extremely buggy, display bugs, issues logging onto servers
the skin is very buggy, lots of inconsistant lining of graphical elements
quite a few webpages are not rendering properly
scrolling is very choppy
This is a total disaster
