Where do I have to put the libflashplayer.so and flashplayer.xpt?
/usr/lib/opera/plugins is not working, or I have to do something else?

I donwloaded and untared them, then sudo cp to folder.
Is there a rights issue: chmod 777 or something else I need to do?

1. did find the plugin option
2. in tools>advanced>plugin it says no plugins
3. searching for plugins in the pref>advanced>plugin options
I got this message : opera encountered a problem during plug-in setup.
plug-ins will not work properly
check your installation
could not locate plug-in 'libnpp.so'
this executable is included in the install package (whatever that means)
could not locate plug-in executalble 'operapluginwrapper'
This executable is included in the install package (???)
Search directory:
But: libnpp.so exists
jakob@VAIO-UBUNTU:~$ locate libnpp.so
/usr/lib/opera/9.50-20070903.6/libnpp.so
