Hrm.. interesting. This is what I see http://my.opera.com/tynopex/albums/showpic.dml?album=492807&picture=6803391 after a fresh install of this build (9841) on WinXP SP2.

After I login, it gets stuck in loading page (white page with the red text "loading" on top right.) and does not show the inbox.

I guess what I meant was "the first released Kestrel build", which was technically an alpha.

1) Have Personal Bar on.
2) Bring up a dialog box of some kind (Edit Set Preferences, Tools Preferences, etc).
3) Note that the Personal Bar is now grayed out.
4) Dismiss dialog box and find that Personal Bar is still grayed out.
5) Click anywhere in main browser window to "activate" Personal Bar again.

It might depend on which page you're viewing Acid3. They recently changed one of the tests where all browsers get one more point.

anyone can confirm this?

Last build used to crash a lot, specially going back to previous pages. In a few ocasions, when trying to restart Opera, it would hang in there doing nothing. I managed to fix it by going to the cache folder and delete all files (and why the heck there are always more than 1000 tiny files?).

No problem with Acid2, you have enable fit to with (ctrl+F11).
Herwig # 18. March 2008, 17:57
Opening .htm files in Windows Explorer does not work.
If Windows Explorer is configured to launch Opera for .htm files and when I click on such a file, Opera is actually launched, but it displays its normal start page instead of the local .htm file.
Bug report filed: 318896

Unfortunately, my dear and old friend bug #314466 is still present. I still get to see icons in Opera only in the first usage. After I close Opera, icons are gone for ever. Today I did a fresh install. Deleted all my Opera profile folders but it is still broken.

nice, nice and nice ^^
about youtube: well, it's still useable and even feels a little faster esp on the main page, so who cares about some broken stuff? (makes the layout a little bit tidier anyhow
about acid3: nice work, with 9.5 final you'll surely hit at least 80-85
