is still not working correctly (compare to FF)
I think it is a JS problem that can be fixed by userjs?

I just downloaded 2 .exe files and extensions were changed to .php
This is a password protected site so I can't give the URL.

Icons of some pages are still not displayed on personal toolbar (ex. http://freeware.unas.cz/ - PHP-Fusion)
About the bug renaming extensions from exe to php - try to download for example from this site: http://fiffigt.com/Liquorice/index.php
Anyway, thanx for RC2!

Next up for me to waive around with, is my next-biggest pet-peeve:
[bug-338930] Rightclicking a non-link element (like a page or image) and getting the menu for that element, immediately followed by right-clicking a link element will lead to the selection of that last menu being ignored (like right-clicking a link and pressing open in background)
This one is lowering usability quite a bit for me, and a very easily reproducable bug in Opera!

Thanks!

For now, I have to say, one of the biggest problems of Opera has not yet been resolved. It is important that this bug is fixed before the final version
bug-343909
Major Bug with plug Adobe Acrobat. Opera 9.51 RC2 does not open PDF's.

I guess you could call it an extension if you want to sound cool!
To voice my own opinion, I don't miss it at all. I would much rather open explorer to change files. Opera is platform independent, it really doesnt make sense to include a piece of Windows as a part of Opera's interface. Besides, I usually leave an explorer window floating around because I use QTTabBar (http://qttabbar.wikidot.com/).

Perhaps he was wondering why they haven't been addressed or even implicitly asking for a scrap of information about them (I'm reminded of Dickens' Oliver Twist asking for another bowl of soup). The black-hole system of bug reporting is completely stacked in Opera's favor, so as you know it's quite frustrating.

When I write mail using GMail and press Enter, it still skips a line.
Also, a heavenforum.com forum rich text editor skips lines.
Looks like line breaks aren't fixed everywhere

That's OK for me and it works as long as the URL stands for its own. But when the URL follows a sentence there is another problem:
for example on https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/5579 there is a URL "http://piclens.com/demo". Double-Clicking highlights "demo", third: "com/demo". Clicking a forth time hightlights the whole paragraph! Instead of just the whole URL.

Have you tried to change the settings for the MIME-type application/pdf? (STRG+F12 > Downloads)
I've set it to "open with standard application" and it works fine.

As I have written before (http://my.opera.com/desktopteam/blog/show.dml/2258991?startidx=150#comment5554975), printing recently has been messed up under i386-Linux. Instead of printing with a locally connected printer (BSD lpr/lpd line printer spooling system) or a local program, Opera either does nothing or, even better, it crashes. Build #2050 works fine. The current build (opera-9.51-2059.gcc4-shared-qt3.i386.tar.bz2) and build #2052 don't.
kyleabaker # 27. June 2008, 21:17
It'd be a cool thing for Opera and mostly even get extra coverage, haha. Hopefully Opera 10 will be released very soon after 9.54 so we can continue the tradition and steady growth with the good luck that x.54's seem to bring.
I'd like to see another rich text editing bug fixed before 9.51 is released.
bug-300646
I reported it a day under 6 months ago and it's a very annoying bug. I encounter it everywhere, but sites such as Gmail (occasionally happens there, compose seems fine, but sometimes it doesn't work in the rich text box when replying to a message) and WordPress (TinyMCE) are the most common places that I see it and I'm sure others do as well.

"The PDF problem is really important (bug-343909, bug-343262). It works OK in some site but not in others. I have to switch to FF to see my estatements"
Why not try this software in place of Acrobat.

It's totally free and work very well with Opera.
