Will 10.50 get the opportunity to tab to the save password button? Or are we merging to "use the mouse more often" ?

Does anyone have the same issue?

also - when using command - left arrow in SOME forms (like google's search field) first opera jumps to the beginning of the form, then jumps back in history, which kinda sucks... same for right arrow (which with automatic prefetching makes me nuts jumping forward in google's results)

Also, is there a way to turn off the multitouch zoom gestures? I find that I accidentally trigger it all the time when I mean to scroll slowly, and it's very annoying. It's nearly impossible to use the gesture to get back to 100% though (perhaps it should snap to certain values like that).
Tri M. NguyenTriMN # Friday, March 19, 2010 7:45:23 PM
Well... I think it should be placed to the right with the other buttons
Edit: Opera crashing on this site: http://go.nrk.no/go/s/top_menu/http://www.nrk.no/nett-tv/direkte/nrk1/ (NRK NettTV). Using THIS build on 10.6.2 with all latest updates. (Don't think I had the site loading silverlight either, it was trying to load the wmv/qt player).

To me it seems like a network/DNS problem, where Opera 10.5 doesn't play nicely with my setup. All other browsers and applications work just fine.
I always wipe the preferences before installing, so it's basically a clean install.
MacBook Pro 3,1 running 10.6.2.

I tried the exact procedure again, an Opera still crashed. Seems there's still problems with Flash.
Anyway, the bug reporter still doesn't work, as I described in the previous build. It just sits there after a crash, and hitting the "Send report" button returns a "not sent" message. If you tell it to restart *with a new session* then it just spawns a new Opera icon in the dock and a menu bar with just an "Opera" entry in there, but that's it. No window, no additional menu options.
Once you kill this flawed Opera instance, you go back to the bug reporter, and you have to choose to *not* restart Opera (and to start up with a blank session if there was a website that immediately brings Opera down), and *not* to report bugs. Then, after relaunching, it'll work.

Already reported several times, but we have still the bug that doesn't allow to maximize the window clicking on the Opera dock icon

I've tried that already, and fn+F2 only increases the brightness of my MacBook Pro's screen... As for changing keyboard options in System Settings, I'm sorry, but I don't know what changes I could make: should I alter settings that work well with ALL my other applications so that they can POSSIBLY work better with this build...? I mean, beta-testing is one thing, rendering your system unstable voluntarily is another thing. It could be interesting to know if other first-generation MacBook Pro users are encountering the same issues or not. Feel free to contribute!

"Hi!
Thanks for the link and the suggestion, but I've tried to create a new account, with a clean set of preferences, and it didn't solve my problem: I still can't use the function keys with Opera 10.50, whereas with 10.10, no problem at all! I really want to emphasize that: my issues only show up under Opera 10.50; with 10.10, when I press F2, I do get the "Go to..." dialogue, and when I press F5, my current webpage does get refreshed.
So, in a nutshell, I seriously doubt this has to do with my machine at all. Must be some kind of flaw in this series of builds, but I'm stumped as to where it comes from...
FWIW...
Edit: by the way, Command-R does refresh the current webpage, so perhaps F5 isn't active anymore in this new build, I don't know... As I mentioned before, all function keys work with my Windows copy of Opera 10.50, which is a bit strange.

Dont insult me with crying stuff. Im not using opera since 22 of december. I seen many of test builds before 10.50. Im impresed about number of "fix" words in unix changelog, but i want biger stability fixes and major functions improvment that are used in modern internet.I dont bother what is opera version now, its not important about number, but about what to do to make it usable, and then what to do about to add extra stuff. Now half of opera users on linux that i know are saying that those two things are reversed, extra stuff is added, but old major isnt fixed. Ill wait becasue i love opera since many years, buf if im forced to use other browsers for many situations.
BTW: I read comments and I know here are many trolls craying "build, build, i want now", but dont treat all people same way.
PS: and windows version could be 99.99 for me, and could launch space ships from garage. Im not sasying abything about way its developed in windows and its stability, functionality etc. Its windows users problem not my.
Love your work, wish devs a good luck etc.

I was still using Opera 10.10 build 6674 because with all subsequent releases, browsing was really slow.
This new build has changed that - nice!
