yes. -> 3422.

pursanovd Wednesday, June 16, 2010 8:03:43 AM

This is the latest beta RC- 3422. By the way Web Workers in simple demo doesn't seem to work right. Popups like "Download Copleted" or "New mail" do not open appropriate windows on click. Anyway the release is really good for BETA smile Thank you.

zoquete Wednesday, June 16, 2010 8:05:17 AM

Works for me if Opera is open. If closed, I've to click two times (to open opera, then to open the link). [XP-SP2]
Not a big deal for me.
The redrawing bugs in WinXP are more serious and anoying (DSK-298637).
I know i keep repeating this o

JosemiJosemi16 Wednesday, June 16, 2010 8:20:18 AM

Can we expect any new feature for 10.60 Final?

carsteam Wednesday, June 16, 2010 8:22:27 AM

double clicking on speed dial does now open home page like it did in 10.50 version. I would like that as well.

"Enable sound in webpages" tries to download the voice libraries, that can't be good.

Ouch, did you file a bug report? :-)

DillonAstrophizz Wednesday, June 16, 2010 8:32:02 AM

I still have serious memory issues that force me to restart the browser every hour or have it crash from using up all the available memory on my system (Windows XP SP3 and this existed in the two most recent builds, the beta RC and the one before it) sad
Submitted as DSK-302331

at first: Congratulations for the Beta yes

I´m a little bit afraid to ask, but will "Hardware Acceleration" be in 10.60 Final??

Looking forward to more bug fixing and more testing bigsmile

fajarjamrong Wednesday, June 16, 2010 8:35:47 AM

1.Did it already Fixed the start bar, cos in 10.60 earlier beta sometime start bar gone blank after I open several tab.....

2. is this version supporting opera voice again or not ? coz I cant install this feature.... I click "voice" and after downloading file that needed, its still unavailable (restarting opera).....I think after downloading file (arround 10.5 Mb) opera will install it automaticlly, do I wrong ? or I do some mistake and I must install it mannualy ? or just simply this feature is unavailable anymore ?

thank

Hmm. Anyone else here with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia? I don't know *when* but sometime in the last week or so (I haven't checked in that time) an upgrade in Opera has stopped their online banking (www.netbank.com.au) from working.

It accepts my username and password but just returns to the login screen. If I put in incorrect ones, it returns there with the error dialog saying they're not the correct credentials but if ok, it returns with no sign of any error.

Shirish Kamathhellboy4ever Wednesday, June 16, 2010 8:40:06 AM

I finally found a condition under which the Start bar doesn't display items smile
* Start a new tab
* Open up a website
* Minimize the tab
* Close Opera (leaving the tab open but minimized)
* Run Opera
* Click on the minimized tab
Start bar items are not displayed.

IRC client bug: responding to an invite to a channel by clicking on the channel name link in the invite message does not work - it opens a blank browser tab and adds a '0.0.0.0' entry to the list of chat servers.

Seen on Mac OS X (intel) and Linux (Ubuntu) builds. Seen on Linux builds since at least 6330.

* log into IRC server
* 3rd party invites you to another channel
* new tab appears for private messaging with the 3rd party, containing the invite "XXX has invited you to join the room YYY. Click on the room name if you want to join"
* clicking YYY results in a blank browser tab opening and a 0.0.0.0 server appearing in the list of configured IRC servers

In previous builds you could click in textboxes with type="files" and edit the file path (the ones used to submit files), now when you click in one such textbox, the select file dialog window opens.

Example:
http://www.imagebam.com/basic-upload

patzebx Wednesday, June 16, 2010 9:02:17 AM

still problems with the startbar ... buttons do dissappear ... when i close the affected tab, and reopen it ... the buttons are back again (at least for a while)
i'm on vista sp2 32 bit

and here's a screenshot

Anyone suffering from profile issues after installing the latest beta? The last build did not pick up my existing profile/settings at all... confused

At least this proved that Opera Link is working and a priceless feature up [had to input login data anew though...]

Anyway, great work with the last builds guys!yes

Opening a pdf (Email attachment) crashes Opera.

Reported as DSK-302339

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a pdf attachment of an email. Adobe Reader is set NOT to open pdf within browser, but in an external Adobe Reader window.
2. Wait a few minutes
3. Opera crashes

Clean Install. Can anybody confirm?

I haven't tried to open pdfs from somewhere else. Maybe it's related to Gmail.

Karolhexplor Wednesday, June 16, 2010 9:24:26 AM

Still the same bugs:
- GoogleCalendar: DSK-299587, DSK-298586
- Facebook: DSK-301561

Thanks for next release but i will use another browser for now ... :/

vpx Wednesday, June 16, 2010 9:25:37 AM

Nice! Now the cool part begins.. beta = more testers = more bug fixing smile.

nimu_channimuchan Wednesday, June 16, 2010 9:26:33 AM

In Linux, please add background to the menus if Opera works under KDE:

With Qt: http://img189.imageshack.us/img189/7157/operakdeqt.png
Without Qt: http://img690.imageshack.us/img690/6459/operakdewithoutqt.png

Fonts under Ubuntu 10.04 are still somehow wider than on Firefox/Chrome. Bold fonts are too heavy compared to the other browsers. Antialiasing is good now.

Lucalucaviozzi Wednesday, June 16, 2010 9:36:06 AM

i really love the new speed, but i get sometime the shockwave plugin error :|
Specially when i'm browsing photos on facebook.
Anyone can confirm it too?
And pls fix the popup blocked message that can't be clicked!!
Xp sp3

That's exactly what I encounter. And that is a big deal for me.

1. Facebook login using password manager still isn't working;
2. On Ubuntu, using pressing any keyboard shortcut that uses Alt stilla always opens O menu;
3. HTML5 video seek bar still with broken functionality until the video is fully loaded.

sad

Facebook issue, not a Opera one.
If you select the usernamefield and then use password manager it works
