For example:
- DSK-298346 (Start Bar blanked out after opening background tab) - is not fixed in this release (but in 10.70 it's fixed!)
- DSK-308381 (When "Start Bar" is enabled, it is impossible to click the search bar in speed dial)

You had fixed a problem with Focus newspaper media rss feed, but you did forget to check other media rss feeds.
Media feeds from BBC News or Cooliris do not display images in preview.
Bug already reported.

In IE it works, but in Opera 10.62 not (also in Opera 10.61).

You shouldn't mix up older branch (10.6x) with newer (10.7x) there are changes which can cause problems. You cannot install Windows Vista and then "upgrade" to Windows XP SP3 even if SP3 is newer than Vista.
You can choose to follow path 10.61 -> 10.62 -> 10.63 (if there come one) or 10.61 -> 10.70 -> 10.71 etc. But it's not wise to jump 10.61 -> 10.70 -> 10.62.

The popup box listing the newly available upload formats is broken, i.e. the line wrap does not work, and the page has a horizontal scroll bar instead. But you cannot use that, because the mouse is needed for hovering over the "See all" link to initiate the popup box.

In fact, it seems a problem with the website. Identifying as Firefox or Internet Explorer magically "fixes" this.

They are probably using browser sniffing, mask it as Firefox and it will load, at least in 10.70.

3) Menus: While navigating(up and down with the mouse) menus with submenus (eg bookmarks with folders) the submenus sometimes popup sometimes not and sometimes just blink and disappear...
4) The https pages don't always work http://my.opera.com/community/forums/findpost.pl?id=6915712 !

I'm stuck at older build because every time I close Opera all links I visited change to unvisited.
I deleted global_history.dat file but it it doesn't help.
Or is it just me?

If you identify yourself as FF or IE, it works. If you choose to identify as Opera, it doesn't. In a case like this, the cause is normally that the server double compresses the file served when it does nor recognize the browser. There is nothing Opera can do (AFAIK), the problem is on the server. Try to contact the webmaster and explain him his server is doing stupid things.

If you have a previous version of Opera Classic installed ,the download will fail. Did it on 4 of my machines. Easy fix get 10.62 Classic installer

I first ran into that same problem with Opera 10.60, and I then found that installing the KernelEx kernel extension package ( KernelEx ) for Win98 resolved the issues, allowing me to go ahead and install 10.60. Supposedly, one of the 10.61 "fixes" dealt with the Win98 issue, though I didn't test it but simply left my KernelEx package in place for my 10.61 install. Perhaps there was a regression in 10.62 back to 10.60 involving the Win98 missing dll issue? In any case, I just used the Classic installer to put Opera 10.62 successfully over top of 10.1 on this ancient Win98 First Edition system (which had the KernelEx package) and am using it to type this message.Pierrera-mon # Thursday, September 9, 2010 6:34:54 PM

I don't particularly like flash.... it's just that it would be so much more awesome if I could actually use it. And I get this sinking feeling that I'm gonna keep having to use Safari for Grooveshark and the like, as the 10.6 series slows to it's death.
