By Remigiusz Bondarowicz2beR. Tuesday, June 28, 2011 6:00:00 AM

Opera Swordfish, with its innovative Speed Dial extensions, makes your Speed Dial more alive than ever before. Now you can get all the information you need straight from your Speed Dial, without the need to go to the page. All of this is made possible thanks to the smart Speed Dial extensions, which you can download and install from our addons portal.
Beside that, Opera 11.50 allows you to easily synchronize your passwords between computers.
This way you can access your favorite services, without repeatedly typing in your passwords on different computers.
Opera 11.50 is equipped with our newest rendering engine - Presto 2.9.168 -- featuring up to 20% faster rendering of CSS and SVG, support for HTML5 tag <time>, Session History and Navigation and many other enhancements.
We would like to thank you all for helping us out with the testing and your constructive feedback.
If you have Opera 11.50 RC5 installed, then you already have the final version.Download Opera 11.50

Opera 11:50 is very bad.
High consumption of RAM pictured below with only two tabs open (tab Opera and Google Desktop)
[img]http://666kb.com/i/buuggfbsewwq71fzm.jpg
Still the same problem as reported in previous RC, downloaded files arrive corrupted.
[img]http://666kb.com/i/buug90o8j37y1vl82.gif
I tested the same links in Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer and the file comes without problems.
I noticed the same problem in Linux (openSUSE 11.4) and Mac version 10.6.8.
I made no setting in opera: config that could cause such error.
Also install no extension / addon
I will be conducting tests in next version, the prince observe that consumes less RAM

When I click the on the logo/name of the site it should bring you to the homepage, which it does. However, so should the Home tab, but when you click the home tab, it shifts the page down almost as if it's adding more of a top margin to #bodyarea.
If I link the Home tab to "#" then it's fine. If it's linked to ".', which it is, or even to "http://www.rmphantasy.net/x_Test/New_Site/" then it does this weird shifting.

Unite exit policy is disabled, so Opera just closes as expected, but then Opera doesn't continue from last time, which is not expected.

Still poor support for 3G connectivity ( how come opera mini works great?!? ), on high latency networks Opera times out ~50% of connections, that translates to pages that never finish to load, pages that never start to load and heaps of other problems. It is sad that even Chrome (that i hate) can do what browser should in a first place that is load a web page.
No HWA, last browser left standing without HWA what a shame.
Start page plugins - another great thing that I will strip from the browser ( opera:config ) like i did with
* torrent client
* mail client
* unite
and 50% of other bloatware.
Skin - what did you do with the default skin ?!? If i would like to use Chrome I would have download it. Instead of having original Opera skin, we have yet another Chrome clone.
Flash player playback, still the same problem each time browser writes to disk, flash player hickups... cmon, I did tolerate it on slow Atom netbook but not on a desktop replacement Laptop.

Connection errors are often due to the ISP which restricts its network.
Try Opera Turbo (if it is not restricted too).
In your case, you can change :
opera:config#Network|HTTPLoadingDelayedTimeout
to a higher value. (It is the HTTP timeout in seconds)
Edit : You can also change it to 0 for no timeout.
I think it will solve your problem
Tell me if it worked

Q. I love the mouse-gesture help circle; is there a way to change the color? It's hard to see on a white background
Q. Are there newer benchmarks like Acid3 where I can show of my shiny new O to people still stuck in FFIE?
