Ubuntu 11.10 x64 still has conflict... Should I delete 11.60 and install 11.61?

I have found then when you navigate to the sub forums and then back up (I use my mouse) I get a big white flash on the screen before it renders the page. So navigating up and down through the sub forums is very irritating and distracting.
Other forums do this as well but I have shown the above as an example as it has a contrasting colour to the white flash and thus stands out.
I have posted in that forum and another two users also has noted it...
