Works fine here, both with HWA disabled and enabled (DX10). Windows 7, 64-bit.

try to clean install..

(for example as USB for test it.. I see a lot of stuff that are not default and it seems like you only install builds over older versions again and again..
If this bug will be here after clean install you should report it via Opera report bug wizard.. )

My UI is not black, I have even SSE3

DSK-363972 still not fix, Ruari tell me please if you will fix it or not.

Fix positioned elements are still jumping, the same question: will you fix it or not?

both bugs are reported, I lost the number of second one.
I am really tired reminding you every build of things you forgot again, again and again. Both bugs are shame of Opera.

We didn't forget, so you can stop repeating. It does nothing to speed up the process. You already know we do not fix every single bug between each snapshot.

When using themes, dragging the restored browser window around makes the whole interface disappear, only showing the background image.

The progress bar is black (popup at bottom) when using transparent skins. Also there are some glitches when HWA is ON: no blur/glow behind tab bar and status bar text, wich makes it difficult to read and it also becomes bold when the renderer is set to 1 (dx). Also, the menu button doesn't reach the topmost of the display when Opera is maximized.

Ok, thank you, I never got an answer, you are the first one. I was afraid this bug will not be fixed in the final, as happend a lot of times in the past.

What about the black addressbar in native skins? Is there a bug in the skin or in Opera? like in this skin: http://my.opera.com/community/customize/skins/info/?id=9191

With hardware acceleration active, inactive tabs are almost unreadable. Not quite black on black but silver on grey. Scrolling through the comments led to random, sporadic and very brief zooming of bits of text.

Guys Its been a while since i didn't use the View Style menu option on mac build.
can't quite remember the correct behavior but there is something wrong.

When choosing modes, they should only be visible when selecting user mode, not Author mode if i'm not mistaken, also I don't seem to find how to deselect the chosen presets.

for example if I choose accesibility layout, it inmidiately changes the layout, where I'm in author or user mode, and then I can't remove the selection. messing around for a while with the "manage modes" menu, allowed me to keep Author and user mode separated, but the problem with turning off the different Author preset styles persist.

I don't know if should report it, or i'm missing something? If I'm not its an annoying behavior,

Sometimes after i force opera to close because of a OOPP freeze and restart it, it updates all the speed dials. It happens in the last 2 or 3 builds.

A lot of conflicts with extensions. NoAds, Youtube AdsFree etc. has conflicts with latest 6 builds of Opera 12. NSL or does not work at all. Some serious bug is there.

Broken RSS in opera mail client.. neither ctrl+R nor reload RSS work..

I've found a problem with themes.

1. Select any theme other than the standard one.
2. Change the color scheme to any other than the theme default one.
3. On restart, Opera will go back to the default color scheme of the theme.

Thanks for making improvements in this build.
"Sorting for Mailing Lists", changed using "Settings for This View", are not auto-saved, and have to be changed again every time Opera is restarted.
I hope you will improve upon this flaw in the next build.

The real main issue now is the frequent UI freezes.

All tabs seem to choke when you submit a form on another tab.

UI freezes totally when you clear private data, delete RSS folder, and numerous other operations that are clearly all happening on the same thread.
