Hope this build is better than the previous one!!

Thanks!!!

alekksander Monday, June 11, 2012 2:27:31 PM

going fast! thanks!
will the known issues, those from previous builds be fixed before final?
will it be possible to disable whole program gray-out when not focused? (perhaps not in opera:config, but maybe in skin.ini preferences?)

Testing, thank you

I'm confused about the known issues listed in this post. Are those planned to be patched before release and if so, how is this an RC?

I would assume so. I believe that both of those issues came up through the testing of the last RC, so they're saying that they should be fixed before release, but they don't want to revoke the RC candidate status. Of course, I could be wrong.

This certainly seems to be a nice build! Opera 12 is great, and a huge thanks is in order to the developer team for all of your great work! yes

CORE-41464 Crash on exit

Not fixed for me on Windows XP SP3. Still crashes every time with Windows Close button. Opera Unite warn on exit. OK, crash. Also crashes with File menu, Exit.

Ctrl + Alt + Delete then start with Home page seems to have fixed it for now at least.

Confirmed. There shouldn't be an option to go back from an extension's preferences page.

Sorry if this is a bit off-topic, but guys, please fix scrolling. It still lags, even with smooth scrolling, HWA, and everything disabled. I understand that standards are moving up and one should keep up with technology. I still have Celeron but scrolling in other browsers is fine for me.

Still crashes my PC after startup. Freezes everything. 11.64 does not. :/

Anyone else with Win8 x64, Nvidia 296.17 drivers SLI (disabled)?

Opera 12 with HWA off and WebGl off.

Sandy-Bridge i7,

Looks like 11.64 will be my last Opera version :/

Could be Nvidia drivers. Will test again when Nvidia releases the Release Preview drivers, hopefully this week.

flash 11.3?

I have noticed the higher res videos take a bit more cpu to work on
(not sure how much less it is on newer hardware, have not used it as much)

When open opera is loading cards very slow.. (30 card open) [yt,allegro, microsoft, flirck, facebook, and other]
Scrolling on site is very poor if flash embedded stuff..
HA=1
Opera 12 x64
Win 7 x64 sp1
Raid 10
C2Q Q6600
Ram 8GB
//
Open this same card on:
opera 12 rc2 x64 1,4GB + 200MB wrapper (scrolling very poor)
opera 12 rc3 x64 1,2GB + 170MB wrapper (scrolling poor)
opera 11.64 x32 1,2GB (scrolling poor)
FF 14 x32 500MB + 400MB container (scrolling ok)

When trying to upload a file in my university's Moodle an error pop-ups saying: "JSON word invalid"
This bug is in O11.64 too and is really annoying, because I need to open another browser to upload stuff.
My university is using Moodle version 2.2.

Off course, they just added them to say to us:
Hey, we know those bugs, don't need to spam our bug report and this blog post about them.
