Here's another RC (Release Candidate) for Opera 12. Since we are at the RC stage, we are only adding selected fixes to new builds. Fixes that are not considered important for this release (or safe for inclusion) will go into a future version.

Is it going to be fixed in final? IMHO showing a hover-effect on a link is a pretty basic browser functionality! I developed the site in and with Opera and it is 100% valid CSS which used to work until build 1440...

EDIT: ye gods, why do i keep getting those blasted "connection closed by remote server" errors? The server monkeys need a whipping i think.

Something like this: http://sputnikmusic.com/review/49859/El-P-Cancer-4-Cure/
I mean, Opera never had Sputnikmusic render correctly compared to the other major browsers, but now is just plain awful.
A regression from 11.6x. Even from v12 RC1 actually.

Great work so far .)
Just one thing: Programmed mouse buttons (Logitech SetPoint software) still revert back to standard behavior

It's interesting - how do you judge what's important and what's not? I'm just really curious. In this line of thought, DSK-365575 is still here (described in this topic). Will we ever see a release with most of the 'secondary' bugs fixed and not left for a later minor version? For several major versions already it's more like what you call 'final' is actually more like a late beta. I don't mean to sound ungrateful, it's just my thoughts on what's going on.

but
"Status bar moved together with screen when scrolling" (DSK-365871) - I have submitted this, together with screenshot and detailed description of an issue
and
"Follower tab" appears blank (DSK-365690)
... still present in this version. DSK-365871 is very annoying as it happens on all pages that load longer, so please look into it.

To reproduce:
1. Change Preferences > Advanced > Browsing > "Loading" to Redraw Instantly
2. Change Preferences > Advanced > History > "Remember visited adressess..." to 0
As a result, ACID3 text "100/100" is 1 or 2 pixels closer to the color boxes compared to the reference rendering.
Confirmation needed.
