Damn, why can't i sort the favorite sites in the personal bar according to my choice in any version of Opera 10.50? Every time i restart the Opera the icons go back to mixed positions and i'm god damn angry.
Thanks for help.

And too I have problem with Hotmail, when I access my email account, after when I close my account, I get an error that my Hotmail account was not closed properly. And I found that this problem only happens in my Opera version 10.5.
Regards and Thanks!

@set , I think you are right. I prefer the address dropdown bar from 3202, it is much more efficient.

Three complaints about the list (just my opinions/suggestions):
1. Opera doesn't highlight letter by letter what I'm typing (ex. "ope" doesn't list opera.com and only bolds parts if they are followed by a delimiter such as "." or "/")
2. Seperating the entries with a faint < hr >
would be nice and make distinguishing entries easier.
3. Text coloring for the url doesn't seem ideal to me.

It makes it more difficult to just click to the search field on the speed dial page if it's obscured by the start bar.

ahh interesting, never knew about that. However, there are a few problems with it:
- when you switch tabs by other means than clicking on them in the tab bar, the page title doesn't appear in the status bar (I always switch by cycling with right-mousebutton+mousewheel).
- the pagetitle disappears as soon as you stop hovering the currently active tab with the mousepointer. It would be more usefull if it kept being displayed in the status bar until it is replaced by something else (e.g. by a link target when hovering a link with the mousepointer).
Thanks again!

"This window has no runtime"
It seems to work very sparatically and is very unreliable even in the stable builds for me.

I'm trying to get the content block button back, see:
http://my.opera.com/Tamil/blog/ad-block
But I only get a "button" called: "External action".
No icon, nothing and it doesn't work (means it doesn't tun on/off the content blocker).
Is this a bug?
Sebastiánslalaurette # Saturday, January 30, 2010 11:32:42 PM
Well, back to complaining.
* Still no proper keyboard grab from the password manager.
* "Manage widgets" opens... the Control Panel Add/Remove Programs module? Oh, man. This is not the way. I hope it's temporary until a good method is in place.

But there are/were also GOOD Safari features:

Worst idea ever in terms of ergonomics. Imagine having Opera maximized on a really high-resolution screen. Instead of keeping all buttons close together on the left to minimize hand/mouse movement, you'll have to mouse all the way to the far right every time you want to close or reload a page.
I really *hate* the green progress line in the URL bar. I find it too distracting. But I love the green progress lines on the background tabs.
* The address bar in Opera doesn't have rounded corners like the search bar. This may look like a minor thing but it makes the default Opera skin look like an unfinished patch job.
* There is a large gap between the new tab button and the tabs when the new tab button is placed on the left before the tabs.
* Whose idea was to place the new tab button on the far right after the last tab? The old way was much better and more ergonomic. A button that moves every time a new tab is opened is a bad thing. And when you have lots of tabs opened, you'll have to do a lot of mousing between the navigation buttons and the new tab button.
* The red "O" is still cut off in half when the tab bar is expanded to show the thumbnails. It should expand to a full "O"
Good job with this build - it works great under Windows 7 and Linux finally got some love

This also may be made from opera:config but manually adjusted Delay option sometimes reset to 0 (too blink) or 1000 ms. And newcomers don't know about "opera:config".
Also see this:

Maybe some ideas may be realized.
And, some animation like fade-in and fade-out effect will be good for Links appearing on Statusbar.

I like the work done on the Opera menu, thumbs up for the much needed clean-up!
(Note: The right-click menu could also use the same kind of clean-up, it's getting long and I would think that functions such as "Rewind", "Fast Forward" and "Validate" aren't that commonly used in that context)
Cheers!

I figured out how that other poster had created the screenshot with what seemed to be an empty tab at the bottom of the page. In fact, it's what the status bar looks like when you remove the turbo/unite/link icons.

I'd like to see this change as well. Especially since the user interface is already seeing many major changes and improvements. It's best to polish all aspects of the skin at once and release a fresh/easier/cleaner interface with 10.5 rather than slowly making it friendly to new users.

NSL is less obtrusive than in ANY version of 10 so far, including 10.10.
In History Navigation Mode 3, back-click with embedded frames seems to take at most two clicks, where in the past it might take up to five.
Typing in text boxes sometimes fails to activate scrolling ability until you have typed a line or two past the size of the box, meaning you are typing blind until the scrollbar shrinks and the scroll wheel regains function.
Bluetie.com (mask as firefox, as they only support FF and IE) loads and works again, as in the first 10.5 snapshot, full ajax-driven right-click menus functional, but browser crashes if you try to send an email. You can compose, but not send. Oops.
Login at peoplefinders.com works with ctrl/enter only the first time in any given session. After that, the wand works, but not the hotkey combo. Odd. Close Opera, open it, crtl/enter works again, if session times out, only wand (or manual entry) works.
tvguide.com, click on a show for the full description, and get an empty windowshade (like popup, but just slides down the lower boundary of the area where the show name already was) box with nothing in it. (I dunno - is this a java call?)
All in all a giant leap forward from the last couple of snapshots.
More observations to follow, maybe.
