Bug fixing Wednesday on a unified build number
By Daniel Aleksandersendaniel. Wednesday, August 25, 2010 10:17:04 AM

We are now using the same build number on all platforms. This should make it easier to coordinate your bug reports and comments (hint, hint) as we’ll know for sure you are all talking about the same build.
Known regressions
- DSK-311417 (Crash on expanding items in the mail panel)
- DSK-307161 [Windows] (Mouse navigation buttons not working)
- DSK-311545 [Windows] (HTML5 video element doesn't work because of missing GStreamer files)
Reminder: Please keep the comments relevant to changes in this snapshot. File other issues in the BTS and requests in the wish-list forum.

What does "expanding items in the mail panel" exactly mean?

I'm not sure exactly what DSK-293862 (Desktop window gets into weird non-drawing state) is though. I was hoping it was the weird bug where gesture tab switching twice really fast somehow focuses a different tab than the one shown and nothing redraws, but seeing as that isn't fixed yet, I guess it isn't.

Ouch, that limits where I can use this build. Thanks for letting us know upfront. Hope for a respin shortly. :-)

Does not appear to be fixed (build 9034 on Windows 7 64-bit), or this is a different bug than what I am seeing.
What I see is:

Already been like that for a few builds, actually!
I filed a report a couple of weeks ago: DSK-309630.
Work-around: right-click in the mail panel and select "show messages from" the account you want - composed mail will be from your selected account. (Assuming this doesn't make the panel go "boom!"
MichailNTMan # Wednesday, August 25, 2010 3:25:25 PM
Can't confirm this. When I try start Opera pop's error message: "C:\Program Files\Opera\opera.exe is not a valid Windows NT application."
MossMan # Wednesday, August 25, 2010 3:26:22 PM
Seems if you select, say, a newsfeed before collapsing the "all messages" category then nothing bad happens.
Alternatively, you can always use the view selector at the top of the mail window itself...

My OS is Windows 2000
When I try to open Opera I get this.
"C:\Program Files\Opera 10.70\opera.exe is not a valid Win32 application"
I rolled back to Build 3488.
