Continued stabilization
By Huib Kleinhouthuibk. Friday, January 22, 2010 11:50:10 AM
Who knows, there might be a new feature next week too :-)
In addition to the bugfixes, this build also includes support for the TLS Renegotiation Information Extension. This recent update in the TLS/SSL specification addresses a severe security vulnerability in the protocols. More details are provided on Opera's security blog.
The Presto update also includes improved support for web fonts, including fixes for support of font-weight and font-style. The scope protocol has been updated which makes improvements in Dragonfly possible.
Apart from stability updates in Opera's rendering engine, a number of frequently reported bugs in the user interface have been fixed. In particular the autocompletion dropdown of the addressfield has gotten some attention. The visual styling of it has been improved and enhanced, and several quirks in it have been fixed.

Looks like v10.5 will be impressive -- new feature, did you say?? Zoom & Turbo in Site PREFS?? If we're getting a tsunami of builds this week, would love to see the auto-updater working again.

it cannot search my bookmarks like before.
for example, I have some (dozens) bookmarks named "torrents - xxxxx". when i type "torr" it only searches the history. I have to type the whole word "torrents" and then it shows me only the first 5 bookmark entries. so I must then click the "show more..." button to find the rest of the bookmarks.
in my opinion this is the waste of time and it is much harder to find things then before (10.10 and earlier versions).

But the most annoying bug DSK-276345 (not showing URL address of links in the bottom left corner) is still there.
Other bugs i submitted are less important so it doesn't matter.
Keep up the good work
Teuntweeny # Saturday, January 23, 2010 3:50:23 PM
when I type for example: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freddie Mercury
(whithout a underscore), Opera will go to google, But I want to go to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freddie_Mercury
I think this can be realized if you give "go to" a higher priority then "Search the web for ...".
In the previous version it works perfect

Constructive feedback:
Must have autoscroll back... please
Screen.Width is still off... this is muy importanto to fix!
The url buttons are worse now... go back to the old way imo
Link Status icon is not turning green even though it is working
Don't like the new panel button, since there are now three ways to toggle it.
Noticed in google/analytics the charts are very jittery on mouseover.
What I do like:
You can move modal dialouges now!!!
The height of the tab.. and space above it with the menu bar hidden is very tight. This is good, but also there is not a lot of room to "grab" with the mouse to move the window etc... with many tabs...

1.Copy box (right click) still not work (can only use Ctrl+C)
Suggestions:
1. the tab bar & bottom bar should be as thin as v10.10
2. Friends for sale (Facebook) game still not work ><
