Thanks! but Fixed DSK-274391 - is still alive smile(click on "Show Desktop" twice.) Btw: from 10.5 my Opera Link doesn't work with old bookmarks. May be someone knows how to fix the problem?(already tried solutions from forum to delete link_queue_myopera.dat and etc.. )sad

MyOpera team, please fix this!fearphage Monday, February 1, 2010 11:40:21 AM

Thanks gents for the extensive changelog!

Note: Opera briefly showed %t in the title bar in place of the title on first startup. It then crashed without generating a crash log. It restarted fine after that.

SKYnv Monday, February 1, 2010 11:45:53 AM

click "save page as" and click cancel. repeat. and we get duplicate file types in "save as dialog" in file type listbox.

switching tabs by scroll wheel is still not working, i take it this is a known issue? (Linux)

At this stage you wouldn't want to install this version of Opera over a final build in any case.

Martin RauscherHades32 Monday, February 1, 2010 12:01:07 PM

That's what I call an accelerated process!!!

COOL!

Sklif Monday, February 1, 2010 12:01:07 PM

When you open a new tab, in the line entering the address, the cursor does not appear automatically, you need to click the mouse in the field. Some people are still there? It began with the last build.

Removed by moderator. Please be specific. A bug id alone is not sufficient.

Why do you need them to test? You shouldn't.

Peter DahlKefas1 Monday, February 1, 2010 12:11:37 PM

Why don't you just remove the panel toggle button instead?

Z1-AV69 Monday, February 1, 2010 12:11:54 PM

Thanks for the new snapshot.

I think the new icons for Opera Sync and Password Manager are not very distinguishable. The earlier green and blue colors were easier to distinguish. I think a different shade might be better than the current one, if you don't want to go with the earlier colours.

Ruarí Ødegaardruario Monday, February 1, 2010 12:16:37 PM

UNIX users. If you really want to use your regular profile it is possible via one of two methods. The safest method is to copy the contents of '~/.opera' into a sub directory named 'profile', within the extracted package directory. Alternatively, first backup '~/.opera' and then run the snapshot as:
./opera -pd ~/.opera
(From within the extracted package directory).

Rianav AntaresKerenSkyy Monday, February 1, 2010 12:18:15 PM

UNIX!!!!! Yaaay!

BrookeChookWoods Monday, February 1, 2010 12:20:57 PM

loving the new view toolbar... but i cant customise it... im sure this will be improved in newer builds. even just as an outright suggestion, id like to see the "author mode" button as a standard button on this toolbar. i know that personally with every new release and new snapshot ive used (which is every single one) ever since it was removed from that toolbar ive manually added it back, and thats been like 2 years now.
its an extremely handy button for social networking sites that allow profile customisation so you can kill all the flashy shit from peoples profiles, amongst other uses.

JaredpieRr0Ur Monday, February 1, 2010 12:28:01 PM

Wow !! Opera - using peacekeeper (browser benchmark) - 10.5 Is the best browser !!!!! It outraced Chrome 4.0.249.78, Firefox 3.6, and Safari 4.0.4( Safari 4.0.4 got the lowest score among the 3 browsers i've tested today) yes to oPera !!!!!

mjpa Monday, February 1, 2010 12:28:09 PM

Good to see dragonfly working again

MDI changes are good too, just need the shadow cleaning up where it meets the top of the tab

Still got the annoying issue where you have to click on a page before anything will react to the mouse (like how flash requires a click to activate it).

Darkwing Duckchp101 Monday, February 1, 2010 12:28:15 PM

What a storm of fixes!
Seems like there are two teams, one for dayilght, another work at night smile

JaredpieRr0Ur Monday, February 1, 2010 12:52:47 PM

Can somebody tell me how they log-in to My Opera using 10.5 ? Even if I change the browser identification - from opera to "Identify as Firefox or IE" - I still can't log-in !! It irritates me !! Even at 10.1 I'm experiencing this problem. cry

rikis Monday, February 1, 2010 12:54:02 PM

Mouse gesture "GestureDown", does something weird, if you do it not on the link -_- It opens some blank page, not speed dial, and even worse - focus is not in address bar!

Btw., good job with this release. Love it.

upgrading opera 3218 from 3216 has no problem at all

Teal_One Monday, February 1, 2010 1:08:53 PM

Bug:
1. Open new private tab
2. Go to speeddial
3. Open a site from speeddial in new tab (shift+click)

The new tab isn't private.

Confirmations or known issue? If first, please fill up a bug report.

WinXP SP3, Opera 10.50 Build 3218
