My Opinion

The world's oil is running out, that's a fact. But it isn't going to run out very soon. We still have time. In the meantime we should develop more nuclear power-stations and better batteries, so that we can start moving away from oil in the long-term. There should also be a levy on diesel and gasoline/petrol to pay for research in alternate energy - a research levy. Apart from the levy, a lot more money should be spent on scientific research if we are going to overcome the long-term energy and environmental challenges.
