Do the people of Zimbabwe deserve to suffer as they are? Didn't they vote for Mugabe? I know, I know, he stole the election, but it was very close. What were they thinking? On CNN last night, they showed Mugabe speaking at a rally, there were hundreds, if not thousands of supporters cheering him on when he said "Zimbabwe is mine." Sure, nobody deserves to suffer like that. Why doesn't anyone do anything about their suffering? Doesn't the world have a moral obligation to intervene? The world's mindset needs to change. We are all on this one little planet and we have to look after each other, because there actually isn't a God who will make everything all-right. We need to roll our sleeves up and get in there and do something. Offer Mugabe a deal. Tell him that if he steps down now - right now. The world will assist Zimbabwe financially and restore them to some degree of civilization. If he does not step-down, we should send a UN force in to remove him forcefully and then try him for crimes against humanity. And then we should really do what we said.
