Tim leads the other team. Ben (never sold anything in his life and Adele (see above) Tim was organised and couldn't be blamed for the loss really.

Adele pissed off Harrods staff. Ben is a lazy useless git who's never done a proper days work in his life (he's a 'Headhunter') At lunchtime he was 'exhausted'.

Tim is a plodder and has an annoying 'council estate' speech impediment. He's clearly not a £100,000 a year man.
Sebastian is a grey man. Looks like an extra from a costume drama.

Adele does actually have insight into why they lost. However, she fell out with Harrods staffer Aussie Sean (sloppily dressed in an outsized yellow tie)

Adele in the boardroom started whingeing about family and resigned before being fired. She seems to think that she is the major competition ??!!
