I did it!

,

Today was judgement day, the day of the 10k marathon. We all started running at 10:15 am, and the route went all through the Oslo harbour with lots of wind and through main street. I started out jogging fairly slow because it was too crowded to run faster.. i think it was good, cause then i got to warm up a little ;-)

After a while people spread out more, and i picked up my pace. My strategy was to find someone in front of me and think "stay with this guy and you'll be ok". After a while that guy got tired and started walking, and i had to find someone else to follow. I also got tired, and had to walk 4 times, but no longer than 15 seconds each time.

My goal was to beat Lene Alexandra's time from last year, which was 00:58:44. I came in at 00:55:52, so i beat her with almost 3 minutes! :-D

I'm very surprised i managed to do it in under an hour, and i guess i'm in better shape than i thought. But i've been completely exhausted the rest of the day, and i don't think i'll be able to walk for the next two days ;-)

Hey, that's awesome! Congrats! I can't imagine running for almost an hour straight. I'd understand it if all you do for the next three days is laying on the sofa. :) That said I'd laugh in your face if you hadn't been able to beat Lene Alexandra! :P

So.. Why can I still not comment here with my OpenID?

Thanks.. And i must say Lene Alexandra is pretty fit, probably even more now that she took the silicone out of her boobies P:

You still can't comment here with OpenID because we have too much to do and too little time ;-)
