Czech and Finnish selection race - sprint in Šumperk

I was asked to publish the map with my routes. The sprint race was held in Šumperk city centre, in same area as Youth European Championship 2005, but this time the map was in ISSOM 2007 and it was much easier to look for routechoices in the most tricky parts. Very suitable area for city sprints.
The traffic wasn´t regulated and together with a crowd of people in the centre it took a few seconds away. It was nice to have a selection race with many other top runners - the total number 70

We will continue with long distance on Sunday and two rounds of middle distance on Wednesday, on the same maps as Swedish or Finnish team already used.

Na dvojku bych šel z prava, stejně jako na pětku a šestku. :-)

Myslím, že na dvojku to bylo rovnocenné, i když mezičas jsem vyhrál. Zleva byl velmi rychlý začátek. Na pětku jsem se rozhodl pro levou variantu až na místě, původně jsem chtěl jít taky zprava. Ale byl to fakt prudký kopec k tomu kostelu. A na šestku to dle "http://bet.hostuju.cz/" bylo o pár vteřin horší. Pro levou variantu mluvila jednoduchost a šance to z kopce pořádně rozbalit ;-)
...ale třeba příští sprint bude stavěný více pro "pravé volby" ;-)

A ještě kuriozitka: odběh od jedničky ke druhé kontrole šel ze startu vidět, takže když místní borec Vojta Král šel zprava, všichni věřili v pravou variantu ;-)
