An Adventurer is You?!?

So, I am very excited, today. I went out this morning with my newest client and we bought the food and finalized the decorations for the first event that she is having me coordinate. I am very excited about finally having a client here in Canada. Off this first event, alone, I will making over $1300 CAD. She, also, has 2 more events after this that I will be making around the same. The only thing that I can honestly say that makes today a downer is that I was planning to spend some of my money on Matt and I this evening to go on a classic date and he ruined the surprise by choosing to work. It was going to be great. Nice resturant, walk in the Public Gardens to the waterfront, a movie, and, then, back home or to a hotel. You figure it out from there. 
Oh well...
On to other things, I am playing a game called Kingdom of Loathing, currently. It is a text based RPG with a twist. Very crass and sarcastic, the game has great humor and is highly addicting. Oh, and did I mention that it is completely FREE?!? Well, it is and that is why you should at least try it out.
Next order of business, I am still trying to find a "day job" to bring in supplemental cash for the times when I do not have an event to coordinate. It is not working so well. Anyone who reads this and lives in the Bedford/Halifax area of Nova Scotia, let me know if you got something, eh?
Other than all that, I am going to have to say that life is good. Matt and I still have our "speed bumps" but, I am starting to believe that is only because of the pace his Mom is trying to keep us at in the relationship. Every since she has come home, he is kinda acted a lot like here. Stupid Dragon Lady. Take her out of the equation of Matt + Dru and I think that you will fidn that it balances off quite nicely.
