OK, Kestrel got a new navigation mode called
Scroll Is Pan (similar to Photoshop/PDF reader's
Hand Grab function), but it's not very intuitive when first implanted into Opera 9.5... Today, I discovered they have improved this handy function & add a few possible ways for Mouse ONLY oriented user to enjoy this navigation mode with ease.
