Reply + Reply All buttons

Someone requested a button for Reply combined with Reply All... So, I'm going to make a few variations of Reply+ buttons today. 
Version A: Reply +
Click on button for Reply; press & hold button to Reply all.
Version B: Reply +
Click on button for Reply; click on arrow to Reply all.
(Be careful when click on arrow, the effects are irreversible!)
