How to Browse in Dual Page Mode

As the popularity of Widescreen growing each day, so does the demand for Dual Page mode (DPM) in Web browser. The basic idea of DPM is displaying 2 pages side-by-side at once, instead of just one page at a time... Isn't Opera already able to do that? Yes, Opera is a MDI web browser, which capable of displaying more than 2 pages at once! (except Mac ver.) Then what's missing? Well, currently there are no easy way to setup DPM, or navigate to next 2 pages quickly just like PDF Viewer does... Thus, I come up with a few tricks to emulate this DPM to allow Widescreen user navigate in DPM with ease!
A. Setup Browsing Behavior
1. Go to Preferences (Ctrl+F12) > Advanced > Tabs
2. Enabled Open new tab next to active option.
3. Disabled Open in windows instead of tabs option under Additional tab options...
B. Setup Shortcuts
1. First, go to Preferences (Ctrl+F12) > Advanced > Shortcuts > Mouse/Keyboard Setup.
(& create a new mouse/keyboard setup, if you didn't do that already)
2. Next, double-click on a Mouse/Keyboard setup you want to use, select Application section.
3. Finally, create/modify some shortcuts with your preferred MG/Hotkey with one of these actions:
Toggle current page & next page to DPM
Enter fullscreen & View page bar, 6 & Maximize all & Manage, "info" & Minimize all & Manage, "info" & Switch to next page & Switch to previous page & Close page & Switch to previous page & Delay, 1 & Tile vertically
Go to previous 2 pages in DPM
Enter fullscreen & View page bar, 6 & Switch to previous page & Switch to previous page & Maximize all & Manage, "info" & Minimize all & Manage, "info" & Switch to next page & Switch to previous page & Close page & Switch to previous page & Delay, 1 & Tile verticallyGo to next 2 pages in DPM
Enter fullscreen & View page bar, 6 & Switch to next page & Switch to next page & Maximize all & Manage, "info" & Minimize all & Manage, "info" & Switch to next page & Switch to previous page & Close page & Switch to previous page & Delay, 1 & Tile vertically
Go to previous page in DPM

Close active page & go to previous page in DPM
Enter fullscreen & View page bar, 6 & Close page & Switch to previous page & Delay, 1 & Maximize all & Manage, "info" & Minimize all & Manage, "info" & Switch to next page & Switch to previous page & Close page & Switch to previous page & Delay, 1 & Tile verticallyClose active page & go to next page in DPM
Enter fullscreen & View page bar, 6 & Close page & Switch to next page & Delay, 1 & Maximize all & Manage, "info" & Minimize all & Manage, "info" & Switch to next page & Switch to previous page & Close page & Switch to previous page & Delay, 1 & Tile vertically
C. Buttons
Drag these buttons to the Page bar:
Button A1: Dual Page
Click to toggle active & next tab to DPM; Press & hold to cancel
Button A2: Dual Page
Click to toggle active & next tab to DPM; Press & hold to exit Fullscreen/DPM
Button B1: Previous
Click to go to previous page in DPM; Press & hold to close active page & go to previous page in DPM
Button B2: Next
Click to go to next page in DPM; Press & hold to close active page & go to next page in DPM
D. How It Works?
1. Toggle current page & next page to DPM will display active tab & the tab on the RIGHT together. Drag tabs next to each other to display 'em together.
2. Go to previous/next 2 pages in DPM is a bit tricky to use, because you need to execute it from the tab on the LEFT side. In other words, always activate the page on the LEFT before you use it during Dual Page mode!
3. Go to previous/next page in DPM will navigate 1 page at a time in Dual Page mode, this is easier to use than the previous one, but slower in navigation...
4. Close active page & go to previous/next page in DPM is pretty much just like previous command, except it will close the active page before navigate to the next set of tabs.
5. Press ESC or execute Leave fullscreen to exit DPM.
As you can see, these work-around are far from perfect... IMHO, ONLY the Opera developers will able to integrate true DPM into Opera. If you really like Dual Page mode, then SPEAK UP!!
