Open Image in Full Screen Mode

, ,

I prefers to view pictures in Full Screen mode, especially oversize pictures. Thus, I always opened a lot of pictures in background, & go into Full Screen mode to view 'em all together... Then, I thought to myself: Why not view picture directly in Full Screen mode? Yes! Why not just combined Open image with Enter fullscreen commands into one command?! So, here is an old trick I use very often, but forgot to insert into My Opera Notebook... until now! p:

A. Setup Menu
If you don't know how to edit menu setup, read this TUTORIAL before you proceed further...

1. First, open the standard_menu (1).ini with text editor.
(Renamed standard_menu (1).ini to something else to prevent Opera from overwrite it)

2. Next, find [SVG Popup Menu], [Image Link Popup Menu], & [Image Popup Menu] sections, then add this line under each of 'em:

Item, "Open Image +"=Leave fullscreen & Open image & Enter fullscreen
TIPS: Add New page & in front of the actions to ALWAYS open image in new page

3. When you're done, save & close the document. Select the newly modified menu setup in Opera to apply the changes you just made. That's it!

B. How It Works?
Right-click on an image you want to view > Open Image + to view it in Full Screen mode directly. You can also holding the SHIFT key while executing the command to open image in a new page instead.
