Design

The Kindle Fire bears a strong resemblance to the BlackBerry Playbook in terms of the weight and feel with the device. The design itself is very streamlined, including just an electrical button on the product. With its relatively compact dimensions of 7. 5 back button 4. 7 x 0. forty-five inches, the Fire is small enough to fit in a reasonably size pocket or be kept one-handed.

Exhibit

The 7-inch multi-touch display using IPS (in plane switching) gives a maximum resolution of 1024 back button 600 at 16 million colors. The ISP technology used has an excellent range of watching angles, allowing the display to become viewed at 178?? together with greater.

Despite which has a lower resolution than this iPad, text on this Fire's display looks highly detailed and sharp. The exhibit doesn't use e-Ink technology though however, so if you want a Kindle primarily for reading I recommend one of the earlier models which attribute an e-Ink display to minimize eye strain over extended periods.

Connectivity

This Fire isn't too strong in the connectivity front. There is usually support for Wi-Fi, nevertheless no support for Bluetooth, 3G or GPS. The headphone jack is very handy for when you'd like to watch movies or listen to music in private.

User-interface

Amazon has taken a leaf from Apple's book and chose simplicity when designing that Fire. The user-interface is very simple and provides easy navigation via the touchscreen. Kindle Fire Review, Amazon Kindle Fire, Amazon Kindle Fire Review
