My OperaDoes ghost exist?

If GOD is there, certainly a ghost should be there(I don't think so, but many of them do).
Well, we are not even sure about the existence of GOD, and how does he look like.But here I'm not going to talk about it.
If there is ghost, what does it mean.Ghost should be scaring and mysterious simultaneously. I have never seen him and never felt him. But there were nights when I was scared. I imagined about ghost and got afraid of my own imagination.
If ghost exists, what can he do? What are his limitations and who are going to be affected by him?
Are the laws of Physics valid upon them? Do the three laws of Newton bind them?
First,I assume that these laws are followed by ghost.

- Ghost can not travel by the speed of light.
- Ghost can be at one place at one time.
- Ghost can not fly without wings.
- Ghost can not penetrate anything without touching it.
- If ghost hits anybody, he will be hurt himself(as law says for every action there is equal and opposite reaction).
- If ghost make the wind to flow then he should have big parts of body, sufficient to make this flow possible.And in return, in strong winds he will be thrown.
- Ghost needs energy if he has a body and he need food.
If he has a body, then what is the difference between us, all the animals and the ghost.
Now I assume that these laws are not valid to ghost. - Ghost can't touch anything.
- Ghost can't interfere in the physical world.
- Ghost can't produce any electromagnetic wave, thus can't be seen.
The existence of ghost is questioned.
I believe that ghost doesn't exist and if there is one he can't do anything to me.Ghost is the creation of negative state of mind.It is created by the natural fear inside man, which makes us to imagine for the one who is powerful, mysterious, ugly and has all the qualities which makes us afraid.But all the imaginations can never be true. Moreover ghost is not needed in the world.
Precisely I don't need a ghost in my world.
